You've gotta push, push and push some more!
I'm up to my eyeballs in product development right now because we're launching something new pretty soon. I like this stage of software development where it's a case of bolting together all the modules that I've been working on.
Anyway...
I just stopped for a cup of coffee and was thinking about what I am actually doing to make this happen. It's a big project and it's been in the pipeline for about 10 months.
And the BIG thing that I'm doing is as the subject to this thread says - I'm simply pushing it forward all the time.
And when I'm fed up pushing, I push some more.
And when I want to stop for the day, I push a little more.
And when I want to grab a snack, I push some more before I grab it.
I like that feeling that I'm not treading water - that the thing is moving on constantly. Doing it this way ensures that I will get to that all important endpoint.
Back in the early days (2000!) when I was developing the first version of AutoResponse Plus, I worked on it solid for a year with no guarantee of income. That's one of the hard parts of being an Internet Marketer - there are no guarantees of success. You've got to learn to put those doubts to the back of your mind and stay motivated despite them. No matter how much you search for that holy grail of guaranteed success, you'll NEVER find it. Why waste the energy?
This is just a note for new people on here - when you've decided what you're going to do, start pushing and don't stop until you're done.
And when you get fed up, post something on here to motivate and help others then go back and get pushing!
Cheers,
Neil
