I'm looking for affiliate programs for online movie downloads that
is converting pretty good.

I know about Netflix & Blockbuster are there any others that
are good to promote & are not a scam network.

There are plenty of them. You can start partnership with well-known companies, because they have strong marketing support. There's really only two I've found that has agreements with the
Hollywood networks Netflix & Blockbuster.

They don't work I've been searching the forums a lot are scams
like the ones at clickbank.

Saw in the news that YouTube is going to start experimenting with movie downloads. Since it's a brand new area for them, they might well be open to suggestions. How about asking if they will have an affiliate program? If so, it could be huge for everyone involved.
