Ok,
let's say you want to protect your business name, or maybe you made a name for yourself, and you already have a .com.

What other domain extensions would you buy for sure to prevent future cybersquating?

.net, for sure... what others would be the most valuable?

There are literally hundreds of variations now, but at the very least, to secure your name,
register .com .net .org. To dig deeper, you can register .info .biz .us (but these three are fairly insignificant).

If it's a site that I really want to protect, I purchase at Godaddy and buy the .com and then take them up on their special offer of the .net, .org and .info for $15.

You just start checkout, and they offer it before you check out.

I normally always register .com and .net on all my domain names. I also sometime get the plural of the domain name (ie: article.com and articles.com)..

I do have one set that I own the .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz but the .com domain name by itself is valued at $250,000 also.
