Outsourcing List Management

I've got a situation that seems kind of backwards to what I normally hear, and I'm curious if other people have experienced it and what they did about it.

I have people signing up for a list that I don't have the time or inclination (currently) to properly maintain. Too many things on the plate and all that. I know that these subscribers have potential value (men interested in improving their appearance), but I just can't dig into putting together the content, setting up the schedule, creating offers, etc.

Ideally I could just partner up with someone that would handle all of that and we could split the profits. Or I don't know, I guess I could outsource the work needed, but it seems like even the management of coordinating that would be a lot.

I could just funnel the traffic to someone's offer/list, I guess, but it seems like in 6-12 months I might wake up with some time and be glad to have a list of my own ready to go.

Anyone have experience/ideas/suggestions to share?

    Hey Ben,

    What I would recommend is for you to either outsource the creation of a series of autorespondeur emails and have some content rewritten for you so you can set it up and forget about it until you have more time. You spend a little bit of time now and enjoy the results until you have time to improve it more.

    It may take a little bit of your time to create a plan for your content provider but it is worth it if you already have traffic and sign ups in a list.

    I also agree with what PerigVe shared, find a good writer that can create a series of autoresponder emails and load them in. It really shouldn't take too long to coordinate that.

    It would stink to decide you want to do something with this 6 months from now only to find out your list went cold.

    You don't have to commit a huge amount of time, and it doesn't have to be perfect, just something to keep things going for you.
