I would provide services. Its almost instant income.

Otherwise you will be waiting on the Mighty GOOGLE to drive traffic and money your way.

If your generating 30 sites.

Put them on flippa to try and sell them, If they don't they should still be looking to pull an income.

Provide the following services.

Article writing
website setup
website packages.
article submitting

look through the market place for a lot more.

If there is a team of 8 possibly try 8 different services.

Finally SET GOALS. and do the math!!!

If you need to make 30000 by end of Feb.
Thats slightly more than $1000 a day. starting in 4 days.
How then are you going to make $1000 a day ??

Do you plan to get 100 customers a day at $10 or 50 at $20.

Do the math and break it down it will help with setting pricing.

Firstly, I would pay off those debts.

Next, since February and March is not that far away, it would be wise to keep on developing the existing 30 sites. I would try to focus on getting traffic by maximising and optimising whatever website space I have, hoping I would be able to flip it at a good price.

I think it would be relatively risky, time consuming and tedious to start anything from scratch.

stop fannying about here asking people how to spend your money!

Are all 30 sites in the same niche? A timeless stratefy is to interview an expert in your niche, turn it into a free report and give it away with a One Time Offer to get a product of the expert's at a discounted figure.

Split the commission with the expert, and you should be able to generate a healthy profit. This assumes that your 8 staff members are able to do graphics, set up a membership script and write some half decent ad copy.

Also ask the expert if they can recommend the same deal to their top affiliates, and you should get a nice chunk of targeted traffic.

I would like to answer this question.

In order to raise almost $40,000 by March,I would invest the month of Feb very wisely.

I would aim at generating 15 sites which would be a mix of micro niche sites(where people are buying),high demand sites(like internet marketing/weight loss) and service providing sites(like article writing,offline clients etc.)

I would first do the research/or let one of the 8 member do the accurate research by using proper research tools.

Once I select my 15 sites,I will engage a few of the members to make sites quickly for these niches.

I would meanwhile engage the remaining members to write quality keyword centered articles for my niches.If need be I will outsource these too.

I will engage 2 of the members to provide the article writing service to help in raising the desired goal.

During this time I will focus only on ways to generate massive amounts of traffic to these site.I will either learn/outsourse seo to drive traffic, backlink building,adwords,PPV,web2.0 marketing etc.

So my main focus would be to drive maximum trafiic to these sites.

My aim would be to generate 100/day with these 15 sites.

With 100/day and 15 sites I can reach my goal of $44000 by March.

That would be my plan.

But the one thing I would NOT do is judge beforehand that my plan won't work,or work it out just to test it.That would be setting my attitude for failure.

I would succeed in my plan only and only if I my situation tells me that: FAILURE is not an option.

The first thing I would do is get a realistic goal. It would be possible to get to $40,000 by April but incredibly difficult for a newbie to hit $150,000 in 3 months.

Personally I would go after very tight niche's with affiliate products. If you can research and get up 50 sites by end of March you have a chance of earning $15,000 a month.

I would also work on promoting some of the big upcoming launches in internet marketing. Although these are short lived you can make a few thousand dollars from each one if you do your seo and article marketing well.

haha only kidding. I would implement a system i know already and am experienced in.
There is no point in trying something that you have never done before only to find you don't make a cent from it!

So stick to a method that is tried and tested!
And also if possible employ more people.

1. I like the idea of throwing 30 sites up, but driving traffic to them is going to be the hard part. It's best to make snipersites and target keywords that get a great of amount of searches and have less competition. Get a domain name with the main keyword in it and do some on page seo.
To reduce costs register an .info domain. They rank just as good. Do a little backlinking for every snipersite and you're good.

Next...

2. You can offer services. Offer copywriting or webdesign services. Charge $500-$1000 for every project. It's a matter of where you're good at.
I presonally think copywriting is not that hard to do and can be easily done. Just model highconverting salesletters from other marketers.

3. Create a short report (20 to 100 pages) and sell it. Create a salespage and promote the heck out of it. Try to get JV's to help you promote/or offer your report as a bonus to their products. Sell it on Paypal shops and Amazon Kindle. Major exposure!!!!
List your report on couponsites...that's where the buyers are:

4. Licensing! Approach offline businesses and see if you can help them make an online presence/help them boost their sales. Most offline businesses have zero marketing knowledge. If you can give them valuable tips to help them get more customers they will be happy to pay you .

Or look for online businesses that are paying for Adwords. Offer to do some services to do seo, backlinking and help them create snipersites to boost their rankings.
