Wordpress theme problem

Hello warriors;
I hope i will find some one here to answer my question, which i posted before in the "webdesign" but i got no answer.

I am quite new to website design i heared about CMS like wordpress i have now the wordpress lifestyle theme, and i want to modify it to look something like

http://www.wordpressthemestorage.com.../lifestyle.jpg

or in other words i need to add extra artilces to the site other than creating posts in the existing categories, i mean i need to add coloumns like those with green headers, it seems that it is has nothing to do with the theme options if i am not mistaken, and does this needs any PHP background???

    If you bought the theme from StudioPress.com (The Theme creators) you can access their support forum to find their answers there.

    If you bought a site with this theme already on it, contact the seller and they should provide support.

    It wouldn't be super easy for me to write out every step you will need to do to accomplish what you want, but I do a lot of work with that theme and it can be done. You just need to add/update the code in the home.php file and adjust the settings as desired.

    You won't need to be a master at php, but you will need to undertand how to read it so that you know what part of the code to duplicate for addtional sections/columns.

    What does it look like on your site now? I think if you have it setup correctly, then it should look like the picture you show.

    If my memory serves me correctly, I think you can choose the categories you want to appear on the home page through the options panel and then just make your posts in those categories.

    As Greg said, they have a super duper support forum over there which will answer all your questions.
