Driving Traffic 2 eBay

I am a member of a non-profit who wants to auction a
car on eBay. They need to sell 5,000 $10.00 tickets in 45 days.

I can list the car on eBay no problem. What I don't know how to do
is effectively drive tons of traffic to a landing page that explains the
purpose of the organization's efforts and then allows them to click on
a button that takes them to eBay.

Any suggestions on how to do this in 45 days?

    Pertner with some sort of club or network, which will promote the cause.

    Members of this network will be more willing to buy tickets off their club.

    They're auctioning a car on eBay, or selling raffle tickets on eBay?
