How Long does it take for Amazon Sale to Show up?

I am new to Amazon and wondering how long it takes for a sale or click to show up in your account? Do they send an email letting you know that you got a sale?

They update their stats every 24 hours in most cases.

Every once in awhile there will be a delay.

    It happens on Sunday sometimes.

    Regards,
    Daniel

Thanks for clearing that up as I though it was real time.

Go to your orders tab, choose manage orders, do an advanced search and click the radio button that says include pending orders. This allows you to see orders that amazon is still processing. International orders generally take longer to come through. Amazon will hold orders in pending if they need to verify something with the order or the account. Sometimes the order never comes through. lol

I'm pretty sure you can't see individual items you've sold until they've been shipped but I could be wrong. And as it's been said before you can see updated stats every day.

They usually update between 9 and 12 in the morning, although over the Christmas season they were sometimes late as much as 24 hours. Orders will show before commissions, since commissions are only paid when the product ships. That means that commissions won't change over the week end because nothing can ship. So Sunday and Monday mornings usually show the same commissions even if you've made sales.

For those of you who are addicted to stats, you can be notified by email instantly when Amazon updates their reports...it could be worth it if you spend a lot of time "checking in for new stats". lol..

That is pretty cool, they look pretty consistent with their reporting times.

Does Amazon send you an email when a someone buys?
