30 Seconds From Submission To Phone Call - Great Marketing
I just signed up on Active Rain, a real estate website for real estate professionals. 30 seconds after I signed up they were on the phone pitching an upgrade. Which was a hard sell as I understand IM.
Great system. Lead is instantly called by a sales rep with script in hand pushing an upsell. Only $5 to try and $39 mo their after. It really was a great script.
What's amazing is the garbage they were trying to get me to buy into. The $39 a month got me a blog. Told me they had cracked Googles code and could guarantee me top spots in Google. With out them it would be difficult to get onto G. I promptly exlpained to her that I was already Page 1 Number 1 listing for the local keywords I wanted to target and how easy that was to do.
It's probably pretty rare for these reps to ever have any kind of resistance because no one knows this stuff like we do.
If you are doing any kind of off line stuff Real Estate Agents should be easy pickings.
