What to do with this Site?

I have a site that is really popular but have not monetized it yet. The site attracts people looking for answers to various medical questions. I have thought about throwing up an opt in box and capturing addresses, etc.. I feel I am missing something in terms of on page monetization. I do not want to go with Ad Sense .. I am tired of CB ... banners have not worked well in the past ... anything else I am missing? Your feedback is appreciated.

      I was thinking about quality medical related PLR material that could be converted into a PDF. Honestly, I am not really sure and that is why I threw this out there for ideas.

    I would suggest health related cpa offers. You said banners have no worked well in the past but banners have been proven to work so maybe you can figure out something on your end that is causing them to fail.

      Thanks, you may be right. I have never done well with banners but obviously they are working for some people. Any other ideas?
