Honestly, will this earn me money?

Right now I'm working on IM part time because I'm a senior in high school. I plan on jumping into things full time over the summer but for now I have planned out the business model below. All steps are completely on a weekly basis for a new keyword and I just want to know if you think it's a plan that could make me money (and more importantly put my articles/site in good positions on Google).

So far my process for article marketing is carried out as follows.

1) Write an article for a KW and submit it to EZA, this article obviously links back to my landing page.

2) Submit that same article to 7 other high PR directories by hand, link to site and back to EZA

3) Submit the article to Free Traffic System to be dripped to 30 blogs, link to site and EZA

4) Submit to magic article submitter, to be placed on ~700 directories, link to site and EZA

4) Write a 100-200 word post on each of 3 100% unique content Web 2.0 sites of mine, link to EZA

5) Make profile links on the 50 sites from Paul's packet (should I get more of these?), link to both EZA and site

6) Mass ping and RSS submit the URLs to the 700 directories and 50 profiles.

7) Write 3 more articles for that keyword and submit them to the 7 high pr directories, the 700 others, and FTS, these would link both to my site and the original EZA created in step one.

8) Repeat process for new article/keyword.

Any input, suggestions, modifications etc are welcome! : )

Are you trying to make your landing page rank for this keyword term or are you just trying to get traffic from the articles themselves?

That's a pretty solid approach. As for money that depends heavily on the keyword, the effectiveness of the article and your sales page.

Just wanna commend you on being a high school senior (like me). It's rare to find seniors that aren't completed absorbed in the drama and waste of time activities. As for your plan, I get the point of it but you have to keep in mind that you need to build gradual backlinks. Building up a ton of backlinks at once will get you penalized by G.

Alright thanks guys : ) The goal is to have both articles and my site ranking.

As far as gradual backlink building, I've heard so many mixed opinions on this that I fear building slowly will make me just spin my wheels... I appreciate the input there just seems to be so much variance in opinion on that one :/

It seems like a pretty solid plan to me. I say go for it. The thing to keep in mind, though, is that you might not see your work pay off immediately after you're done. From what I understand, you are going to be focusing on one site and marketing that site for individual keywords. If this is the case, then I can't see how this wouldn't produce at least any results within the first month or so.

One point to add to the link building discussion is the number of people that have said pinging/RSSing/bookmarking your backlinks was a good idea and then on the other side of things you've got those saying to build links slowly.

Alright : ) My landing page is static but my blogpage (as a page of the same domain) is updated often and I put the RSS feed to the blog on the homepage... Is this going to be ok as far as SEO is concerned?

I wish I had been in the same kind of mindset as you two when I was a senior. Instead I spent my time drifting through school and working a fast food job to make a buck.

Yall can always start a new niche, how to make X amount of dollars before you even graduate high school. I want a 5% commission

I appreciate that : ) I've always wondered, though, does Google ever just plain disrgard profile links if you're posting to all these high PR sites with either just links or at least the same profile information over and over?

There are many variables to consider here to eval;uate whether you will make mony or not. What I will say though, forget about it being a weekl process for now. Do one loop of it and see how it goes. If that process works and you are making some money from it, then think about 'rinse abd repeat'.

Getting traffic is one thing, but converting that traffic into buyers is another.

Good luck, hope it works out for you.
