Could I Have Some Advice on Keywords and Blogs Please?

Hi,

I've got Market Samuari and I'm doing some keyword research. I have some cash for blogs and what not and want to target micro niche keywords to begin with.

How am I to develop the blogs? Do I create one blog per keyword? Or create a moer general blog with articles geared towards the different micro niche keywords?

I think the best thing to do is to create a blog that concentrates on a particular Niche. Get relevant articles geared towards your choosen Niche site. Thats what you should do first.

    Thanks

Create a Niche blog and then have micro niche categories

    For example:

"European Cruises" will be the blog and your sub categories will be as follows
    • Northern European cruise
      • Baltic sea and Russia
      • British Isle & United Kingdom
      • Northern Capitals
      • Scandinavia & Fjords
    • Southern European cruise
      • canary islands
      • Greece, turkey & black sea
      • eastern Mediterranean
      • Western Mediterranean

It is better to begin with Micro niche blogs which targets only one keyword per blog. Have a domain name which includes your targeted keyword and it will be really helpful in getting indexed highly for that keyword.

As Ozzy said, focus on NICHES (or micro niches), not keywords.

You may have one, one hundred or a gazillion keywords that go with a micro niche. For example, "house training toy poodles" is the same niche as the slightly different keyword "potty training toy poodles." So you wouldn't start two different blogs for these two different keywords, because they are related to the same niche.

So again... focus on one blog per niche. And then use whatever number of keywords it takes to attract those niche prospects to your blog.

    Cheers,
    Becky
