How Do I Rank Well in a Competitive Niche?
I was looking at a particular niche that I would like to promote. I'm very passionate about it, but it looks pretty competitive.
When using the google keyword tool, I try to find a keyword that has at least 1000 searches a month and low advertiser competition, but there is no such keyword. However, there are least 10 long tail keywords with 100 searches a month and low competition.
Should I just set up 10 different pages (or categories) on the same site, each centered around one of the long tail keywords and promote them separately, adding up to a lot of traffic, or is this a bad strategy?
Also, originally I wanted to do a blog, but maybe an authority site would be better if I did it this way?
