Hello Warrior's

I have joined the forum today after reading post after post for the last week or so.
I am looking to set up an automated Internet business and to start with my goal is (and please don't laugh) to make £35 a day everyday.

The problem I have got is there is so much info on here i really don't know where to start.

I have a very limited experience when it comes to building sites so would be happy to outsource what I can.

I have a budget of about £125-£165 will i be able to start something off with that or am i just wasting my time and more importantly your valuable time.

I had i guy i used through one of the big outsourcing companies to build me a niche site last year but foolishly paid him upfront and privately and it cost me nearly £2000 and in return i have nothing not even a site.

From what i have read on the forum so far it seems to be a place of honesty and i am looking forward to working with you.

Any Idea's Greatly recieved

Regards Gavin

well you can start earning money with affiliate marketing, google adsense using wordpress blog, which is easier to create. you can get a ready made website where all the hard work would be done for you including designing, articles, affiliate and adsense link for small amount all you need to do is to generate traffics to it. with this you can start generating money in few days time. i hope this help, i also offer such services

Pick a business plan and STICK WITH IT.

    A business plan means:
    - a product to sell
    - a method of bringing traffic to an offer

I would pick one product, and one method to generate traffic. This way, you can adapt EITHER the product or the traffic method if it is not working. For example, if you are getting traffic but the product doesn't convert, then you can swap out the product with a different affiliate product.

I RECOMMEND THIS: (I learned it from the Nanobloggers course which costs about 100 bucks).

    1) Build a blog, and simply focus on a niche market that you can talk about intelligently.

    2) Use the plugin "What would Seth Godin Do" to present an "offer box" at the top of every blog post, and this offer box should simply say "hey, this is a really amazing product, come check it out.

    3) start blogging about your topic, join forums related to it, post links to your blog, and become the guy who brings news to the niche market people. Blog posts that do not "sell" ... but are informative and interesting. Let the offer box do the selling.

    Total cost:

Web hosting a few bucks per month
    Wordpress - free
Your time: free for now (outsource later).

You could pick up NanoBloggers. I think you would make money with that strategy if you did the work yourself for starters. It's a good strategy.

Hey Gavin while outsourcing can be helpful, honestly you can pick up the basics of building a site with wordpress pretty darn easy and quick. Don't go paying someone $1000 or $2000 to build a site for you its pointless as your going to have to keep doing that over and over.

Take some time out and learn the basics of wordpress site building. There are a lot of free online tutorials.

The biggest challenge is not site building its marketing a site and that is where you want to throw your money into if your going to use money.

Nobody will laugh at your target. What you want to earn is up to you, but do be aware of limiting yourself to only achieve this, the potential is FAR greater if you excel at it.

The advice I gave one of my friends recently who was in a similar situation to you was to follow Ed Dales 30 Day Challenge.

It is a 30 day step by step guide and will teach you all of the essentials to kick start your business....and it is FREE!!!!!!.

You will be shown how to pick a niche markets of buyers, how to get them to view your site, how to convert them to buy, how to find the best products to promote to them and you can even have your very own product to sell to the them at the end.

Leave this forum and don't come back for 30 days (I mean that politely )

The course is intensive and will require commitment but you will come out of the other side wiser and on the way to reaching and surpassing you goal.

        Honestly....GO.....don't read another thing here.

Do the course, stay focussed and do eveything that they ask. You cannot go wrong.

If you read all of the comments on this forum you will do what so many people do and go round and round in circles, looking at this method of making money and that method of making money and end up not doing anything at all!!

This is a fabulous resource but you NEED to focussed and stick to one thing. The 30 Day Challenge is the course you need to reach your goal and teach you all you need to know.

    Gav35,

Glad to see you made it to the forum.
Before you jump right in to spending more money, I suggest you spend a little more
time reading more of the posts on this forum. There are alot of experienced marketers
here that have been here a long time that are more than willing to share some of their marketing knowledge for free.

One of the best investments you could make here, would be the "war room", a one time fee that pays for itself time after time and is DEFINITELY worth it.

    Just my 2 cents,
    James

Having your own product or service to sell is a good way to make money online.

In my case I am a programmer, so I built some software. If you build it, they will buy.

I would first brand yourself. Go ahead and set up a blog and let the world know what you are about and what you intend to do.

Then you can look for a business model and stick with it. There is tons of information in the War Room and lots of WSOs that offer high quality information. The world is your oyster in Internet Marketing.

    Hi Gav35,

firstly well done in joining the Warrior Forum, that for a start is money well spent and when you have a product online you can use this very forum to create a Warrior Forum Special Offer that has the potential to be seen by thousands.

For now I would advise on coming up with a business plan, now I don't mean writing out a long proffesional plan, but it would help if you make a list of goals and areas of interest.

When I started out, I first made sure I created a blog using wordpress (free) to enhance my online reputation and to use as a base to make contact with my customers. I then created a digital product that I could sell on auto-pilot bringing in a regular cash-flow for which I could use to fund other areas of my business such as list building , advetising and traffic techniques.

Once you have a few goals laid out, STICK TO THEM, do not wander off on other projects until you have completed the first ones you set out to do. This is a mistake a lot of new Internet marketers make and end up giving up, becasue they have taken on too much.

There are plenty of decent products out there that can help you get started, such as multiple website building software that will teach you the basics to setting up and building many profitable websites, I actually endorse and use such a product on my blog.

You do not need to go outsourcing everything straigh away, learn the basics first and then outsource when you have a regular amount of money coming in to fund it.

Best if luck with your online dream, I sincerly hope you suceed. Just PM me if you need any moe help.

    Regards,
    Steve.

Garyfromdurham gave you great advice -- build a sturdy foundation. The 30 Day Challenge is great for helping you get your "sea legs" -- understanding the basics, getting unbiased input, showing you your options.

I would also strongly suggest that your very first steps, in addition to that, be to give SERIOUS thougth to your strengths and UNIQUE ABILITIES:
-- what do you do better than most people?
-- what are you passionate about?
-- what do you love to do so much that you get caught up in it and forget the time?
-- what do people always tell you you're really good at?
-- what kind of advice do people consistently seek from you?

Answering these questions will help you find a direction -- as GFD advised, pick something and stick to it. Drive your stake in the ground and make a commitment to stick with it for at least 6 months. That's how we all learn best.

And remember, we were all newbies once!

Definitely start building your own list in your niche!

Put a valuable report, video, interview together to give away for free, get an autoresponder, set-up a squeeze page with your opt-in form to capture emails then drive targeted traffic.

30 day challenge is a good place to start, but be warned it is really just a stepping off point. You'll need to learn and do a lot more than that to really make it big.
