Clickbank refunded, but still charged on credit card?

hello, i returned a produce to clickbank and got a full refund. i just got my credit card statement:

clickbank:

charged me dec 21 21.96
credited me dec 24 32.96

the 21.96 is for a membership and it is to be paid monthly. but i had 60 days to return it. i purchased the product on nov 22 and filed for a refund in december.

do you know anyone i can speak to about the extra charge?

    Not exactly. I think with subscriptions they only refund the last payment so they might not refund both DEC and NOV charges. This is all described on their site.

    I emailed the person who made the product and said i should get a full refund (meaning I shouldn't have to pay for the month of december as that was still within the 60 day time frame). How do i get a hold of clickbank? i didn't even use the membership.

    I would suggest asking clickbank themselves they will probably be able to resolve it.

    In most cases, refunds takes about 5 to 14days to reflect on your statement. If you receive a refund mail of the requested amount, then you shouldn't have any issue.

      I was already refunded for the product. But I was charged for a month of membership for December. They gave me a month free of membership and said they would charge me 21.96 for each month. I want to get refunded 21.96 for the membership because it was still in the 60 day time frame.
