Whats a good CMS to handle LOTS of products..

INTERNET MARKETING

I have an offline client (yay!).
Its a womens clothing and accessories supplier, so they have lots of products...
i'm wondering it this can still be managed on WP, or would I have to look elsewhere? Also, they want a particular feature, where for example, if you have a had, there may be a colour swatch under it, and when you roll-over the colours, the had changes to that colour...
I would Love any advice.

I'm not too sure about the requested feature, but there is an e-commerce plugin for WP that you may want to check out call wp-ecommerce. It has support for a lot of products, as well as extra features (such as support for adding discount coupons,etc).

May be worth a look.
