How to make a million dollar a month online?

What is the best, most efficient, way to make a million dollars a month online?

With the exception of trying to become an IM teaching celebrities like you know who.

Would you do it online in the Internet Marketing way? As in big affiliate marketing projects, niche marketing, selling info products, or would you go out and move to ecommerce, online stores, ebay, etc?

I couldn't even begin to imagine that kind of income lol

I guess you could do it by making a killer WSO and getting a cut of every sale constantly :/

I dream of this kind of income eventually. The only way I can envisage it is by owning what I call a "real" company, e.g. a software company with many employees, offices, etc. I don't think selling eBooks or toy software will cut it somehow.

However I don't think it is impossible for anyone but it will take a lot of time, dedication, luck, persistence, savvy, ruthlessness, confidence. You may lose friends too.

      But it is possible!

The idea behind the thread isn't bad, if you accept it as fuel for the imagination. I do think the question itself is flawed, though.

Perhaps, had Bubba posed his question as something like, "How would y'all go about making a million dollars a month online?" it might have had more serious replies. Asking for the most efficient way is asking for flack.

Personally, if I knew a way to clear 7 figures in profit every month, I wouldn't even think about finding another way so I could tell which was more efficient. And I seriously doubt that I would post more than the barest of bones on a public forum.

One possible answer to the question, as posed, would be to use Google Earth to find Osama bin Laden. The reward money would cover you for a couple of years at a mil a month, and it was done online. Take the reward money, open an E-Trade account, and let that creepy talking baby keep the mil-a-month train going.

There are enough examples to prove that making seven figures monthly is possible, especially if you are talking about sales, not profits.

I'm choosing to dump the question off to my subconscious, and letting it chew on it while I'm doing other things...

Is it totally unrealistic to rather talk about some realistic goals first

If you were already making say $100K or 0.5 mill then this question makes more sense.

I have to say ditto to Saj.

But to answer your question, it is not that big of a secret how to do this. Putting it into practice is where it gets a little harder. But, figure out how to make $1,000 a month, then do that ten times, then do that ten times, and do it again ten times. By that time you will be at one million a month.

You ofter hear how to make $100 a day, so that is $3,000 a month, and there are more ways to do that than you can count. So if you are doing that with one site, then if you had one site generating that amount, then you just need about 334 sites like that and you are making your million dollars a month. I would guess that you might want to be outsourcing some of this work, but that would depend on how much time you want to put into it, and how much of that million you want to keep.

      It is not rocket science.

It would be better if the question is answered by the guys who do earn 1 mln a month. All of us could dream to earn that money, some believe they know the way to earn but only those who are there give really valuable advise.

    Either this ^^^^^

or find the winning formula and replicate and auto create thousands and thousands of sites.

or get organically ranked for a bunch of mega-competitive terms (web hosting, insurance)

or maybe CPA, though this is really harder than it seems.

That is pretty much the cold truth.

I think it's pretty clear by now that you're not going to get a good answer to this.

    Consider this...

You're asking for the best and most efficient way to make a million bucks a month. Framing the question means that you need answers from people who've used multiple methods to make a million per month. Only those who've used multiple methods can tell you the "best" and "most efficient" way.

Now, lots of folks here have made $100 or even $1000 a month using multiple ways. So if you ask folks here the best and most efficient way to make those smaller amounts, people are more qualified to answer. They can tell you what was easiest for them.

But a million bucks? Well -- even if you get a good answer, it's really just going to be a guess as to the "best" and "most efficient" way.

If you really want an answer, though, here's one:

    1. Make sure you can psychologically handle that amount. Lots of people make online "about" what they made at their day jobs, because they can't wrap their brains around higher amounts.

    2. Find a niche market that's willing, able and eager to pay money for solutions to their problems.

    3. Research the heck out of this market to find out what they want. Make sure you can reach them easily. Make sure they're falling all over themselves to pay for solutions, services and products.

    4. Create a business plan that details what you're going to sell, how you're going to reach your market, your projected expenses, projected income, your competitors weaknesses and strengths, your weaknesses and strengths, etc. In short, create a little roadmap for yourself.

    5. Develop a lead-generating system and a sales funnel full of products. Don't rely on getting rich with one product.

    6. Take action. Massive action. No spending the day dreaming about getting rich, playing video games or watching funny cat videos on YouTube. You made a plan and now you need to carry it out.

    Cheers,
    Becky

Okay, since none of our multi-millionaire friends have opted to descend from their yachts to grace us with their presence, I will attempt to answer the question.

If you are willing to put in the work and do some good keyword research for each site you build, I don't see how you could fail at this method. I freely admit I have not personally tried this method, but perhaps I am not the go-getter that some of you are.

Step One: Find a worthwhile keyword that's has some profit potential. It doesn't need to be high profit. Just something that can generate interest and clicks.

Step Two: Build a website around that keyword and put some quality content on the site.

Step Three: Once the site is thirty days old, I think you can apply to Google AdSense. If you are already using Google AdSense, you're thirty days ahead in the game and can put AdSense on right away.

Step Four: Build up backlinks, traffic, etc. until you're steadily earning a minimum of $1 per day in Google AdSense. If you outsource your site and/or content development or using any paid advertising methods, make sure you're averaging a minimum of $1 per day in profit.

Step Five: Repeat the process 33,334 times.

Congratulations! You're now making $1 million a month.

I consistently have $10K and $20K months, 1 Million would be nice.
This can be done but you will need a $250,000 marketing budget per month.

If you can find a way to make $10 per site, per day, on autopilot, you only need to repeat the process 3000-odd times.

Make $100 with each one, and only repeat it 300 or so times. If you can make a site per day that drags in $100 on autopilot, you can reach your goal in less than a year.

                HAHA. WOW. Okay.

Since you clearly have a different mindset than I do, why not two million? Why not a BILLION? As somebody said before, let's go find the fountain of youth and holy grail while you're at it.

Quite frankly, you are wasting your time. Asking "what's the most efficient way to make a million in a month" is not going to yield very productive results - I'm sure there are people who do, in fact, quietly make that much a month and MORE, but do you think they're just going to answer, "Oh ho hum, you do this and that in the other and click your heels three times"?

NO. That's not how it works.

YES, it's possible to make a million in a weekend. But it's NOT easy, and it takes time. Get over it.

Now before you throw me some tagline that I limit myself, why not go do something productive? Who knows, maybe you'll make a hundred dollars (I know, such a small amount) by the end of the day if you get off and do some work, if you take time to utilize any existing resources.

People with the right "mindset" know not to waste their time asking "How to make a million dollar a month online" on a forum ...

And in a business where as stated B4, most are lucky to earn anything at all.

Since people will spend as much as tens of thousands of dollars in coaching to reach that level - why would you expect to find any meaningful answers here?

Other than for entertainment value ...

By the way, if people need some cases to study, nearly half of last year's Inc 5000 companies made over $12M the previous year:
                  Inc. 500|5000 Search Results

And those are just companies who qualify and applied. There is no shortage of companies who are either too new, don't want to publicize their revenue, aren't based in the US, or whatever.

Remember, there are a thousand more Eben Pagans to study out there. Pagan just happened to go into the seminar circuit after he was done.

The makers of the Perfect Pushup, for example, made $60M in 2008 and only have 20 employees.

I gave 4 blueprints earlier in this thread.

If the OP's question was 'How do I become a US Senator?', Scott Brown is not going to log in and tell him to go to law school. But a few people would point out successful people to observe, how to become active in your party, how to recruit support, and so on. The dreamer has to be smart enough to follow through, find mentors, do the work.

If you can bring in 1 million members to your site, that's going to be a recurring monthly income of $1 million a month..

                  How about 500,000 members at $2? That's $1 million a month.

                  How about 200,000 members at $5? That's $1 million a month.

                  How about 100,000 members at $10? That's $1 million a month.

Well you get the picture.. That way, every month you don't have to keep working on making sales..

                  Hope this tip helps.
I've seen this done a few different ways actually
-plentyoffish.com offers a free membership to users and make the $1M from adsense
-You could provide a service for businesses and find 1,000 customers to pay you $1,000/month. That's basically what Stompernet did a few years ago.

    Hmm - slams aside:

I think that the best thing for you, or any newbie to do online when you FIRST START OUT - NO MATTER WHAT - is a service. Raise $20 someway, somehow. Sell lemonade, swap to a smaller monitor, sell an arm. Get $20 however you can. Next evaluate your skills. Graphics, video, writing, audio, programming, HTML, wordpress. We all have skills. Use them - Offer your services at $3-6/hour if you're desperate. Eventually, you'll get a positive ROI.

    Services are AWESOME!

Hmmm well I do not know I never visit the site no need to . I do recall an interview that was done with him I think he mentioned something like 36 k a week or something from adsense.

I highly doubt it is in the range of 3 million a month as one person suggests and I do know he was switching models from adsense to some other advertising but that is a good example of how one guy turned in a huge niche to his own cash cow.

there's only 2 things you need to know to make a million dollars online.

First off, you need to have the right mindset. If you don't think you can do it, than you can't. Simpler said than done, but then again not everyone can be a millionaire.

Secondly all you need to do is find 1 method of making money that works. It could make you 1 penny a day. But if you find a way to make money you are on your way to being a millionaire. Then all you have to do it duplicate it, and duplicate it, and duplicate, and duplicate.

If you take a penny and double it 30 times you have over 10 million dollars. This is what all successful people do, in every facet of life.

Making your first dollar is the hard part, making your millionth dollar is just about how focused you stay.

Perhaps, before worrying about making a million dollars a month, you should focus on making a good living income and making the money you need to have the lifestyle you want.

When you have goals with real meaning instead of just numbers you're far more likely to reach them.

Also most larger income goals are reached in stages.

The guy making $10,000 a month most likely started by making his first $100 in a week then $250 a week, then $500 etc etc.

It's much easier to see the next step when you've worked a little bit closer to your major goal.

To put it simply the way to make $1,000,000 a month is to get to the point where you're making $750,000 a month and take the next step from there.

To get to $750,000 a month get to the point where you're making $500,000 a month and so on.

If you're making $100 a month then you'll probably want to focus on increasing that to $200 a month.

The next step should be fairly obvious and that is the most important thing you can do...what lies clearly in front of you.

      Kindest regards,
      Andrew Cavanagh

Most people are just bickering and not tackling the subject. It's a good question, actually. Sure it's a dream - but we're here to make money aren't we? Why instead don't we "study the greats" - and examine the work of some who have claimed to make a million in a month, and learn what we can from them. ( For as Machiavelli said: "A wise man ought always to follow the paths beaten by great men, and to imitate those who have been supreme, so that if his ability does not equal theirs, at least it will savour of it. Let him act like the clever archers who, designing to hit the mark which yet appears too far distant, and knowing the limits to which the strength of their bow attains, take aim much higher than the mark, not to reach by their strength or arrow to so great a height, but to be able with the aid of so high an aim to hit the mark they wish to reach." )

Off the top of my head:
Eben Pagan - claimed $20M per year.
    Plentyoffish.com dude - claimed $3M per month.
Carlos and Lupe Garcia - claimed $5M per month at the height of the diet patch campaign.
Frank Kern - has had $1M days, apparently.

Start by examining the methods of these people, the time it took them to reach their target, and what it was about the position of the marketplace, their character, and their knowledge that enabled them to move decisively. I bet you'll find that it was not mere fortune - it was something inside them, that enabled them to do what for others was only a dream. Carlos Garcia said "The obstacle is where the money is" and I think this is on point. To reach those kinds of goals, you generally have to do something that is difficult or impossible for others, or that others avoid.

I had no intention of arguing with the OP, just tried to point out that there's a big difference between "I'm going to make x amount per month" and "I'm going to do a, b, and c all over d to make x amount per month". I showed him the thread best explaining that, but apparently "I don't get it".

Focus the goals you set on the activities that earn you money, not on the money figure you hope to achieve.

For example, instead of setting a generic goal of earning $1000 this week or $5000 this month, make the goals about the things you have to do to get there. If you just focus on a money goal, you may end up directionless. You won't reach that goal.

So, if you know from past experience that writing 100 articles in a month usually earns you $2000, your goal needs to be to write 100 articles over the next 30 days.

I know this may seem pretty basic, but it's not (for a lot of people). It's about changing your mindset. It's about the difference between "hopes" and "goals."

HOPES are things you wish for (like $5000/month). GOALS are tangible things you can achieve by doing.

Focus on the doing and the hopes become reality as a matter of course.

      John
All I'm doing is reiterating that sentiment, but then I get hit with a "well, you just don't have my mindset and results." I'm pretty sure "make a million in a month" falls under the "wishing" category.

Once again I am ALL for reaching high and not limiting yourself. But guess what? I'm going after it with a tangible, workable PLAN. That plan will take some time, but it serves its purpose - it will get me where I want to go. The OP doesn't like that for some reason.

      Out of here.

I'm afraid most people disagree with your assessment that it's a good question, lexilexi. Asking how to make a million a month in a forum isn't likely to cause some rich guy to drop in and lay a million dollar plan in your lap because you asked for it. And the OP doesn't want just any old plan, but the most efficient plan. The OP doesn't want to mess around with inefficient plans. That would be bothersome. Unless the OP had a hidden motive for asking the question, it's not a question one can expect a realistic answer to. The OP even told one person that was trying to help that she didn't get it. I thought that was a rude thing to say to someone trying to help you. Perhaps that has influenced some of the replies.

While the majority here are either struggling or making a comfortable amount, there are people who *do* in fact make upwards of six figures a month, let alone one year.
I am not disputing that there are people who make 6 figures or more... I am saying that they are not posting in this thread so most of what has been said is meaningless.

It's the same as me giving Tim Tebow tips on how to succeed in the NFL... I can throw a football but I've never been a quarterback in the NFL so my advice is pretty much useless.

If the people here giving advice had any idea how to make six figures or more a month... they would have achieved that goal.

I see questions like these and I am totally blown away by the sheer volume of doubt/conjecture/non-answers that comes from a community of supposed entrepreneurial types and go-getters.

There is no shortage of companies that make $1M/month. Since the OP specifically asked about making the money online, I actually think that limits the answer but I'll give it a shot.

    1.
Real estate comes to mind. You can do a handful of large transactions and make 6 figs on each transaction. Set up your sales funnel with big enough volume to wholesale 1-2 properties a week at a $200k spread each. Look up Cris Chico or Larry Goins or DC Fawcett to study how they control properties out of state with online sales funnels.

    2.
Become a broker for a high value product--I'm thinking particularly of businesses, or commercial RE loans. Close a few $100M loans and you'll make your $12M a year. May not come in monthly installments though unless for some reason you take a note.

    3.
Become a guru at trading whichever security you're good at (stocks, forex, whatever). Build up a stellar track record and attract some HNW investors to capitalize your fund.

    4.
Keep buying apartment buildings and commercial space until you're making $1M/month. If you profit $200 a month from 5000 units, you have your $1M/month if you own 5600 units at 90% occupancy. Of course by the time you're that big you would own the property mgt company too.

    5.
    Marry Oprah.

If you want to do it in info marketing, there is no shortage of people to study. Start with Eben Pagan, Dan Kennedy, and Jay Abraham.

#1 Consider this. Over 95% of people looking to get into IM fail.

#2 IM has a dismal reputation due to overhype and making wild (and false) income claims, i.e., selling a dream to newbies.

#2 has never been my business model and #1 has never been my problem. My goals are realistic and I more than meet them.

Ask me how to make a good living online for the past ten years and I'll have a lot of answers as to how I do it. Ask me how to make a million a month online, and I can tell you that I have not done that, and I probably won't do that. I'll also venture to guess that the majority of the people on WF do not make a million a month. I'll even bet that the OP will never make a million a month. But with some sound advice, and a lot of hard work, he may make a very satisfying living with all the freedom and benefits that working for yourself bring.

True but I'm sure most rational readers are aware of that, and the OP wasn't asking about a satisfying living. The point of such a question was to discuss how it's done, not be told how ridiculous it is.

This is like somebody telling their friends they are going to become a famous movie actor, and he's told that it is really difficult and very few people do it. Well no sh#t! But there's still a repeatable method to success.

This is why it's better to keep your big goals between yourself and your journal. Even well-meaning people will talk you out of it.

Most "rational" readers in an IM forum .... hmmmm

Many of the newer readers came here because they heard a rumor that you can easily make a million a month doing practically nothing. Many of the readers are dreamers rather than rational readers.

So far, I don't see a single poster saying ... heck yeah, I make a million a month and this is how I do it.

I would rather give my opinion on the topic honestly, without the hype and dreams, and just maybe the OP can jot down in his journal that he wants to make a million a month, but maybe also, he'll learn that a newbie throwing that question out in the WF is not going to get that blueprint from all these multi-millionaires here, but that making a good living online is very possible and a lot of us are actually doing that.

Wow..nice thread.. It got me thinking though..

Think about it. Instead of building a site with Google Adsense or Affiliate products and start getting clicks and sales, making sure you hit $1 million in that month, what will happen the next month?? You gotta do it all over again. Over time, I believe it will get extremely taxing on you or me..

So here's an idea..I may want to try this out myself though.. haha

One of the biggest growing trends in the Internet World is Social Media or Social Network..People flock into social media sites by the thousands.

So I'd suggest let's tap on this.

Create a MEMBERSHIP Social Network Website and sell a membership, let's say bronze ($1), silver ($2), gold ($5) and platinum ($10). Of course with different benefits for each membership.

I actually know one marketer selling info products online who has this goal. He is doing an easy six figures every month at the moment and aiming in a couple of years to hit the 1 million dollar a month mark. It's a pretty cool ambition. He has a business, and a plan and is working on it every day. He has an office, infrastructure (a few employees) and his goal to hit that in revenue. I am pretty confident he will achieve it.

I also know of some other big online information publishers (agora publishing I think?) who make tens of millions of dollars a year. A good example of this is the Early to Rise Newsletter and it's associated publications.

I think the question is a valid one and a start, but I agree with other Warriors here when they say you need to break down the process into measurable goals and processes so you can incrementally move towards the figures you desire.

Also, whilst I make no where near this amount at all by any means (although I would love to) I would advise that you go out, network with, connect and make friends with people who are making this kind of money and more. Don't pester or interview them for the answers to your question, but through forging a relationship of sorts with them, you will be surprised how much information you will get from them.

There is also a theory that says your income is the average of your five closest friends. ( I might have made the figure five up, I am not sure).

Anyway, thats my 2 cents for what it's worth. I am off now to figure this question out myself and see if I can't find some people to network with!

      THANK YOU!

This is exactly what I've been getting at all along.

You want a million dollars a month? Instead of coming in and hoping a multi-millionaire will give you a handout, break it down into ACTIONS THAT YOU WILL TAKE EACH AND EVERY DAY.

As Confucius said, walking a thousand miles begins by taking the first step.

What can you do, today, that will make you money?

Build a website? Drive more traffic to an existing website through PPC? How about building a list? What will you say to your subscribers? Why should anyone sign up to your list in the first place? Give them a damn good reason. Get them to trust you so a good portion will buy whatever you recommend. Then, when you have success, reinvest! Outsource the building process to other people, and you can do it over and over, at a much faster rate, because YOU HAVE THE MONEY.

Now you break it down into daily tasks. Maybe this means:

      1.) Find a niche.
      2.) Keyword research
3.) Construct content for the site.

      Etc etc etc

"Make a million dollars a month" is arbitrary. That's why I say it's a dream. Dreams are NOT bad things, you need that emotional aspect to keep you going. Dreams are abstract, goals are concrete, that is all I'm saying. So far, however, I'm seeing this:

"I wanna make a million dollars a month, what's the most efficient way?"
"Well, I suggest breaking it down into tangible tasks so you can scale later"
"NO you don't understand me you don't get it it's not a dream it's a goal people are just telling me I can't do it blah blah blah"

Umm... yeah. That's like crying that you can't do trigonometry when you haven't even mastered multiplication.

If you're not willing to break it down into tangible steps, then yes, it is merely a pie-in-the-sky idea and all I can say is Good Luck.

      On the other hand,

If you figure out what you must do EACH and EVERY DAY to get to your DREAM, your GOAL will be to execute those steps you lay out for yourself, and stick to them until you get there.

(I'll go ahead and admit that I've already spent way too much time at this popsickle stand and in the meantime must go. I have to accomplish my OWN set of daily tasks to achieve MY own goals, and therefore won't waste any more time trying to convince somebody else that that's the best use of their time. Hasta la vista...)

A lot of people seem to say start thinking low. I have to disagree with them and this is why, imo.

I would do different things if I wanted to simply make a $1,000 extra a month compared to a million a month.

For a 1k a month I would select a small, profitable niche and dominate it. It would probably get me close to the 1k or I would have to repeat the process a few times.

I would not do the same thing for a million a month goal.

I would have to go for a large, hungry niche that has a lot of competition. More than likely several. These niches should prove to have a need for many products, they should have expensive products and people that will spend a lot of money to get what they want.

For 1k I could just set up simple $27 to $49 dollar ebooks.

For a million, I need to set up complete sales funnels from products or content to get them signed up to content to get them to purchase the first product, upsells, cross sells and so on...

It doesn't finish there because I would have a sales funnel for each expensive product that I own. That way I will send my customers from one sales funnel to another.

It does take time to set up these sales funnels.

What I am saying is that your end goal will dictate what you have to do. It may sound outlandish to say a million a month but you should have an idea of what type of money you make. Otherwise you will be beating your head selling $27 ebooks dreaming of millions.

First of all, I think that $1 million a month is not 'just a dream'. However, I think that asking how to do it if you aren't making $10,000 a month is ridiculous. Even if someone told you, you would be completely overwhelmed. It's not a one person thing, you would need a team; a business. Here are a few ideas:

    1. Start a payment processor, you'll make that easy
    2. Run 10 sites that make 100,000 a month (it's possible, it'll take 10 years a list)
    3. Make $25,000 a month online (much more realistic) and leverage it into other things, like apartments or self storage. I have friends that make $1 million a month; none of them do it online alone. I certainly wouldn't want to. But again, I think that unless you are already making 10,000 a month or more you're skipping steps.

Well the thing is, it is just a dream for most people hence some of the replies. But for people who've actually done it, then its not even a question. Its just a matter of timing. I personally haven't done it in a single month. What you said about a team is vital although I like to keep it lean and deal only with 2 on a daily basis. The idea of having a midsize office with a staff of more than 5-10 people when you're just making less than $2 million a year is just not me. I like to keep it lean.

As for apartments, I'm more of a condominium units kind of guy which is how I got started in REI 12 years ago. And you were right on the figures. I should have said, reply only if you're pass making $100-200k a month online net. I just made an assumption that most of us who would participate in this thread are making over that figure. I didn't realize that those who aren't even making $25k a month would also have some insights to share us left alone those who aren't even making $10k yet.

        Alright guys. It's Saturday.

Yesterday was a BIG day for me, no HUGE. I wanted ideas from everyone, general marketer, IM guys, small real estate investor friends, a business buddy, old mastermind friends, old mentor, a couple of private forums and this one. I didn't really get anything new from this forum but some points on the first page did remind me of two projects I already started working on before. I'm gonna get them off the ground as soon as possible.

My goal is to expand in 2010 and spend more of my savings, buy more, build new infrastructure and actually sell online too. Also, one of my goals in 2010 is to increase my donation to a favorite foundation by about $50k a month.

I work 16 hours a day but took a day off yesterday to go out and drink a little. But now its back to work. I'll go back to this thread in a year. See ya.

Build a 50/50 split advertising revenue website (like hubpages) where you motivate people to contribute content for a share of the revenue and traffic to their own sites.

Now all you have to do is to get 1000 people to earn 1000 a month.

    OK - here goes ...

To make 1 million per month, you need to take the following steps ...

    1. Figure out what you need to do to make $1 per month
    2. Figure out what needs to happen to repeat that action 1 million times
    3. Figure out if you can actually do step #2 if so, do it, if not ...
    4. Figure out how you can get other people to do step #1 for you
    5. Find 1 million people to do step #1 for you
    6. Figure out if you can actually do step #5 if so, do it, if not ...

Ok, that's where I get stuck. Anyway, I hope I got your thinking a bit.

Obviously it's much easier said than done, but it's simply a numbers again.

Instead, focus on the same 3 steps above but change the numbers to something more realistic.

For example, create a $20 product that converts at 1% and drive 200 visitors a month or whatever you feel you can accomplish.

Once you reach your goal create a new product and repeat the same process or scale your existing product.

Talk with Eben Pagan, hes making more than 1MM a month with his Double your Dating empire. He's really the only "guru" in the IM niche that really understands business, all the others just sell each others products to their 100,000 plus lists.

Or you can do CPA, using media buys, like what aymen from arbitrage conspiracy says he does.

    Just my 2 cents.

Lets get real here guys......£1m a month? Don't make me laugh!

completely beyond virtually everyone - but does that matter? Most people can live very very comfortably on £2k to £4k a month - lets call it $5k a month. Now that's a much easier task.......I know for a fact!

The concepts are the same for $1 or $1MM .... set a goal - break it down into its components - execute those components to reach goal - period

This thread is very interesting. I wonder what Allen Says opinion would be.

While the bulk of the thread is filled with limiting beliefs, a few people have given you legitimate thoughts.

If Allen dropped in and asked everyone on the Warrior Forum to pitch in, and help him blow away Frank Kerns, Ed Dale, John Reese, and other major players by promoting his hottest new methods, could he pull in $1 million per month? How many people would want to join in his effort?

How much money did Obama's campaign pull in per month, using the internet?

While the steps to getting to a million per month are not ones I can envision today, it does not mean by setting a big goal, focusing your mind on its attainment, and going for it is wrong.

Are you going to achieve the goal by doing the things we all talk about on a daily basis? No way! Can someone achieve it by looking at the world through the eyes of major players? HELL YES!

The question was just asked of the wrong people, including me.

See? Easy. Now all you need is $112 million.

Caliban, I'll bet that if you get that creepy talking baby to advise you, you can do much better than 10.8%, thus lowering your need for starting capital.

Yeah, I would settle for simply the worst, least efficient way to make $1 million per month online. I'll settle for massive inefficiency for that kind of money! ha ha

I think you would have to have your own website that provides a service or product that you have branded as your own.

I don't think you could make this as an affiliate of someone else's product, now if you were the product creator and turned around and made it in to an affiliate product.

    Example:
If you wrote a book and it became a major seller, you could. But if you were just a retail bookstore, you could not make it just selling this one book.

Now franchising is a whole different story that could get you a million a month!

I can tell you how to start making $100 per day, and then how to move forward.

If someone is making a million plus online, they most likely have an entire team, and outsourcers. Or, a product so unique and hot you can't get it off of any one else.

You've set your benchmark too unrealistically high and unless you have an uber rich relative who left you a massive inheritance or win the lottery, it's a tall order.

You need to start smaller. Achieve $1,000/month and when you're earning this consistently each month, just scale your efforts and keep growing.

Honestly, it's like asking, how do I climb Mt Everest (and you've barely climbed a 1,500 foot mountain in the city you live in).

-You have to break the goal down into tangible terms. Who are the top guides that have reached Mt Everest before?

-Who are the previous climbers who have reached the top of Mt Everest?

    -What equipment did they use?

    -How did they prepare?

-How did they get acclimated to the air at such a high level?

Study someone successful...really study them. One of my top gurus/mentors, people I study is Jay Abraham. He's been around for a long time....was doing seminars way before the internet. Most people can't sell anything. Most people can't sell knives door to door. How does Jay sell expensive seminars and consulting services? You've got to really work backwards on the problem.

If you read the comments on here by Jay's fans, they are excited to buy his tapes or books. How do you get excited to buy an expensive tape set? How often do you get excited to buy anything? One of Jays quotes is..."the simpler and the more reduced your awareness of what makes something work, the more powerful it normally becomes".

I think the difference between making $100 k and a million is precision. Analogous to a race car driver. The million dollar earner is more precise, makes turns slightly better, shaves a half second off here or there. There isnt that much technical difference between $250 k and a mil. But he's refined driving to a science.

-Chet Holmes is another guru. One of his messages....mastering sales or marketing is like mastering karate. A karate black belt doesn't do 4,000 moves to get good. He does 12 moves 4,000 times to get good.

You need some kind of model above the $50-100 k level.

Please is there any internet millionaire reading this post right now. Our dear friend needs your help. I have a good suggestion for you, you can take it for granted. I just came to realize i don't know your intention and what you can do. A lot of people started like you.

Here is my suggestion: If you can think out of the box you can do it, it might not occur in day but you can surely build a multi million dollar empire on the internet.

Take a good example from Google from a mere two boys.

    YouTube, eBay, Amazon, Twitter, MySpace.

If you can dream it, you can do it.

The quickest way to those riches would probably be in CPA or through some major ecommerce or drop shipping site. But, with anything like this it takes time and collateral up front to invest to get well established. CPA takes usually a lesser amount of time but more money depending on types of traffic you are sending to the offer of course. Also, if you are doing Arbitrage that is a whole other ball game.

Its not that far-fetched as most people are making it sound. My mentor makes makes close to that much on a regular basis. This is her mantra: I'm paraphrasing here:

Your only worth in this life is your creativity, and confidence levels. You earn according to your creative instincts and confidence to act.

Be exceptionally creative - take the common knowledge and put your own creative twist to it to create a useful product that 1 million folks will pay $1 for every month, or 100,000 folks will pay $10......
