Hi everyone. Just a quick question regarding the title the title tags in Wordpress.

If I click on an individual post right now my title tag looks like this:

Website title >blog archive> Post title

Is there a way to get rid of the blog archive and also add the website title to the end so that it reads like this:

post title - website title ?

Thanks for the help in advance

    you need to change the settings for your permalinks

    setting --> permalinks --> /%postname%/

    that will get you what you want.

    while your at it you might was well change the category base in the field below it to a keyword friendly word or else it's going to be 'category'

      Get the All-in-one SEO plugin and under Settings/All in one SEO change "Page Title Format" to just %page_title%

    You don't need a plug-in to do this.

    It can be done through WP default settings.

    There is no need to bloat a site down with an additional plug-in for something that can be done without it.
