Best Niche Keyword Tool?

Hi Warriors

Just after some feedback, I'm using Keyword Elite in conjunction with googles free tools.

Just wondering what you're using for keyword research and what you think of it.

My big niggle with keyword elite is limited selection of foreign language keywords.

Any suggestion?

Neil

    Hi Neil

The problem with coming out and saying what you use is that we all have different ways of working.

I use Wordtracker mainly and refer to the google external tool to check things out.

The google tool is free and gives very high search results for terms. They "overegg" the numbers because they want you to believe them so take care.

To learn the business of keyword research you can't beat building 2 or 3 websites and seeing what happens. Test and analyse the results.

THEN you will see that keyword research tools are just a guide.

I prefer a solid combination of tools they include

I start by using Micro Niche Finder I like to use the strength of competition

Then I verify my results with google keyword tool

After I use Traffic Travis and Wordtracker as well

Then once I have a solid list I do the real work of manually checking my results and scoping out the real competition. Which I think is the most important part.

When it comes down to it I really don't trust any of the keyword tools for anything other than ideas, because I believe you can only get the truest results by checking it out myself.

Anyway those are the tools I prefer to use

Another vote for Market Samurai here, with a small helping of Traffic Travis for comparison.

If you have no clue what you are doing, no piece of software on the planet is going to help you.

So, first step is know what you are doing.

Then find a piece of software that can help the process of "doing".

I use Market Samurai and can't imagine not using it for any of my sites. In fact, since I bought it, I'm doing a fair amount of tweaking some of my existing sites' keywords because MS helped unearth some real nugget keywords that are much better.

You have to be willing to use several tools.

I don't think one tool will give the best results.

I use Keyword Elite, Market Samurai and Woodtracker.

All paid tools but I want the most best info. I can get.
