Make 100,000 per month being website broker

There are many things that are possible although not very likely.

In order to make that kind of money you need the skills, experience, resources, capital, customer base, etc.

Anything is possible but you have to remember that to start making those type of number as previously said it will take a good amount of capital. I have heard of people buying a site for 100k then flipping it for 200k in under a month. So yes it is very possible but you will have to slowly build your way up from the bottom if you don't have that kind of money to work with.

Well said. Its good to dream big and reach for the stars, but you must have some realistic short term "baby steps" along the way as well.

On top of that, you need to be careful. Don't just go into Flippa and start buying X,XXX sites thinking you can flip for quick profit. You really have to understand how to tell the value and also potential of a website, and it takes experience to get there.

Generally speaking, if you are able to show the website can make money in a month, you can flip it for many times that amount.

Money on the Side

For the most part, Flippa sales are from small, startups...so you'd have to sell a bundle of $300 sites to make 250k in a month.

If a site is making money, usually you can get 2.5x the yearly net. I sold a site for 50k back in June, but NOT on Flippa (not enough serious buyers there).

For serious money from a serious site, you'll want to use a real business broker--one who maintains a list of serious buyers. Your offer is then sent to their list and usually you will have a few people seriously considering it.

I am a young entrepreneur in Texas and am looking to sell this before I enter another project and job. I would really appreciate it.

Agreed - along with this, on the buying side you're going to need to stay away from Flippa and other 'site for sale' places. There are thousands of buyers there who know more than you what a site is worth.

You'll find a deal by making an offer on sites that the owners hadn't considered selling. Find one that's obviously been neglected (owner has lost interest), buy for a discount, do a facelift, build some traffic and sell.

Most likely you won't be able to make that much money anytime real soon. It would take significant dedication to get those numbers. But if you got the passion to do it, then I say go for it. Don't let others say that it isn't possible because several people have gotten rich even though it seems crazy to become rich. Just put in good work and you should be able to obtain your goal.

Of course it is possible, but flipping six figures' worth of websites in a month is not something you'll be doing anytime soon. It will definitely require time and money to get there, because you'll either have to acquire existing sites and improve upon them to increase their value (which won't be cheap if you're talking about six figure websites), or develop a site from scratch and build up its value to that level.

It won't be easy or fast, despite what the ebook may tell you. It's not impossible though. I do know of people who have sold their network of websites for several million dollars, but of course it took several years for them to build their websites up to that level.

I agree, lots of hard work to get the sites up to the income that you would need in order to flip them for $100,000. And then once you have flipped them, how are you going to make $100,000 the next month?

You would need to start over with more sites that you build up to making the necessary amounts.

Or, you would have to have a ton of sites going at once to keep up the $100,000 monthly flipping income.

IMHO, a business like this would require quite a lot of investment capitol as well as many workers to grow the sites.

Then if you had sites that were making that much money (enough so that you could flip them for $100,000) why would you even sell them? Just let them keep making you money.

With current technology, it's entirely possible for me to go to the moon. I'd certainly embrace the opportunity, however, I don't see it happening anytime soon.

This is one of those theoretically feasible scenarios which aren't likely to happen unless you decide to take your site flipping efforts all the way - which will require significant money as well as time invested. You'll also have to be very knowledgeable about the site flipping marketplace and have your finger on its pulse, so that you can give the market what it wants in terms of sites (since you'll have to be continually developing cheaper sites initially so that you can quickly get to the six figure mark).
