      Great find.

Another great read is his original manuscript of the Carnegie Secret that ended
up becoming Think and Grow Rich.

The Law of Success - it's like the rough draft of Think and Grow Rich.

Definitely learning a ton from it

To be more accurate Think And Grow Rich was a book written to sell the Laws of Success...kind of like a long sales copy lead in to the major work.

The Laws Of Success was written first.

The promo book (Think And Grow Rich) ended up being one of the bestselling non fiction books in history and very influential in the business world.

        Kindest regards,

I was not aware of that.

I did know that the Law of Success book was the original manuscript resulting from all of his research.

And after having reading and listening to Think and Grow Rich, I have come to the personal conclusion that it was a revised or dare I say abbreviated version of the
          Law of Success.

The reason I considered Law of Success a rough draft of Think and Grow Rich is because
Napoleon Hill said things in Law of Success that he later expanded on or enhanced in
          Think and Grow Rich.

          For example:

In Law of Success, he talks about reading your definite purpose out loud ONLY at night before you go to sleep, but in Think and Grow Rich, he says to read it at night just before you go to sleep and in the morning immediately after you awake.

          I can site more, but I won't

Law of Success is awesome by the way. I'm about half way through it right now.

Hey Jason, it's Lunch (if you remember =D)

I've gone through both and it's amazing. The Law of
Success is pre-Think and Grow Rich. So when
Hill later got to Think and Grow Rich, he updated
            some of the information.

He was a public speaker and was constantly updating
his material. So, that's probably why there's a bit of
difference between Law of Success and TAGR.

On the other hand, Law of Success covers so much
more TAGR does not. One of which, off the top of my
head, is the habit of saving.

I listen to random chapters of Law of Success and
each time, I get something new. Grrrreat stuff.

Yeah Asher (Lunch), what you said is exactly what I attempted to say

Law of Success is the original manuscript of all of his research he
did that Andrew Carnegie challenged him to do when they first met
              20+ years before.

Think and Grow Rich is the updated or condensed version with all
of his new discoveries such as when and how often we are to read
              our declarations.

Anyway, both are awesome. I just read about the 7 horsemen and where he
says the last one, JEALOUSY, is a form of insanity. Crazy stuff (no pun intended)

I've been listening to TAGR in my car for last 7 or 8 months straight!!

Am reading Law of Success, then will read TAGR again for the 3rd or 4th time.

After reading TAGR, will read the Revised Edition and Fill out The Accompanying
              workbook along the way.

The stuff doesn't get old. It actually gets better as we grow to understand and appreciate
what he is teaching more...just like he said it would.

I wish that guy was still alive and on the speaking circuit. I'd go and see him for sure.

Stuff is truly awesome and life changing.

Indeed. Some of them are outdated (like the whole
atomic molecule thing) but that's okay. 99% of the
rest of the book(s) are still as relevant today as it
was back in the Great Depression.

Anyway, if you head on over to YouTube and check
                out this guy:
                http://www.youtube.com/user/PrimeauProductions

You'll see he uploaded a whole bunch of Napolean
Hill's videos and you can watch the man himself
                expound on the book.

Here's one example with a quick introduction by
                W. Clement Stone.

    Thank Guys.
I have Think and Grow Rich and a couple of others. The Saturda edition of teh London Times has a short article about Hill that mentions the Golden rules. I would like to read it , of course 'right away', but simply don't have the $$ to order a copy.
