Warrior Forum NO DRAMA Pledge - Plus a *Disclaimer* You Can Use

I direct theatre productions outside of my full-time IM business activities. And my gosh, I can honestly say there's more drama created here on a daily basis than in my last ten theatre shows *combined*.

What amazes me is drama is often created on threads where it's clear the best of intentions were meant by the OP.

Some perspective to consider:

-- Every post on the first page of the main discussion forum will be ancient history in a few days max. That's because the mods make sure no single post maintains unfair visibility above the rest. So getting your undies in a bunch over any single post is legitimately silly.

-- If the post is well-intended and reasonably well-written, someone will gain value from it. You may not gain any value, and that's fine. Render your opinion if you feel the need to do so, but don't keep throwing bricks or beating your chest. It just makes you look bad.

-- Having a strong opinion is great, but always ask yourself whom or what your opinion - and your *way* of expressing it - is actually serving. Some of the strongest and most outspoken opinions here are taken extremely well because of the way they are expressed. Something to consider.
