Is there a way to enter New Adsense and Amazon Associate codes in existing widgets?

I have recently sold a few of my niche blogs. They are monetized with several Adsense spots and Amazon widgets.

Is there a way for the new owner of these blogs to just enter their existing Adsense and Amazon ids into the existing codes or will they have to recreate the Adsense banners and Amazon widgets from scratch?

If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate your input.

    Adsense - they can just enter their own "pub" id, but for best tracking they should create their own channel. So I'd suggest they re-create it.

    Amazon - they can just replace their id.

    Whoever bought the blogs should know that they'll need to change the affiliate links and it's up to them to do so.
