Is their and easy way to sell a Membership Site ?

Hi warrios,

I own several membership sites, I want to sell one of them to raise funds
for my next project.

The problem I have is that all of the members are subscribed via paypal and if I sell the site - they all have to unsubscribe and sign up via the new owner paypal account.

Is their no alternative way ?

    Hi! Paypal will not allow transfer of subscription - that is for sure. What can be done is that you agree with the new owner to offer renewal on half price and that way most of the customers will be tempted to benefit from the special offer.

    Everything else falls into the fields of trust and negotiations between you and the buyer.

    So do you thing is better that I run a new offer before I sell it and move all of my subscribers to clickbank or elsewhere ? Will this be better for the sale to go ?

      Not to be rude, but speaking from a business perspective, I wouldn't touch that deal with a 10 foot pole, unless you can come up with a way to guarantee that I'll get the vast majority of your subscribers transferred over to me. I'd probably want your paypal account included in the deal. If that is a possibility, that is what I'd suggest. (with any of your own personal information cleared, of course).

      If you could move all of your subscribers somewhere that they can be easily transferred to the new owner, you will not only be able to sell the site easier, you will be able to sell it for a lot more money.
