Tracking Bookmarks?

Hi Warriors,

I wanted to know if there is any way to track how many bookmarks my page has received? Not social bookmarks, just normal bookmarks. Maybe there's a way to generate a ratio showing how many bookmarks per visit my site gets and generate a number showing how many deleted the bookmark?
