Is there anyway to stop these ridiculous threads?
They offer little or no value to members old or new.

The answer to the question is so easy

      Agreed, I may have very few resources to make it happen but I do at least have a plan...and I love it when it all comes together.

    In fact this isn't hard at all.

    First you need a gun and a getaway driver....

    Seriously though if you are a big name with a big list who regularly sells high ticket items, why not.

    I am more worried about the trend for misnamed threads.

    Not complaining about you Kenj (honest,) but a few others I won't name have been posting many threads recently, and all of which have intriguing titles, but one line unrelated answers.

    Has anyone else notice?

    It Bugs the hell out of me, as I am always waiting for the answer and left with the proverbial egg on face LOL

    Ummm... I'd pay my friend (or relative or anyone I know within 10 meters from me) $10 to find in less than a minute someone else who will make me earn £13510 net in the next 4 minutes at the cheapest possible price (budget in mind for this person = $40 max, but of course I'd incentivize things for exceptional work).


    EDIT: Better yet, I'd use up a minute or less talking someone into earning £27020 in the next 4 minutes, with us splitting it 50-50, but if he earns less than £27020, no problem = he'll just work 24/7 'til he settles everything anyway (reckon I have enough time to patiently wait a week at most before I move on and talk to someone new).

    It is very easy...wait until dark and hang around an ATM in a deserted location. Be sure to carry a handgun or baseball bat or a knife. When the bank customer comes up to the ATM machine, come up behind them and tell them you are trying to make X amount of money and they are going to help you by taking it out of their account.

    After you get the money, you can move on to another ATM in the city. Depending on how many people you want to "help" you will depend on how much money you make that night.

    P.S. You might want to wear some kind of mask because even though those customers are "helping" you, some of them might not be too happy and might want to tell someone about your ill manners.

      Hmmm....you know, I think I could pull it off but offline. I have a pretty big comic collection here, most in 'complete' years and top condition for their age all the way back to the late 60s. And I personally know some very hardcore collectors and auctioneers whom I've dealt with in the past who'd drop a pretty penny for some of what I've got stored away.
      So if I was skint and needed money in the next 5 minutes, I think I'd be ok for the short term just off selling collectibles, not to mention some statues I've got packed away which are going for a pretty good sum.
      Speaking of, does anybody here collect anything as a hobby or ever did at some point?
