Need help getting file on Youtube

I am trying to get a file up to Youtube. The file type is .MOD. It appears that Youtube requies a .wmv. How can I convert my file type to an .wmv or at least get the file on Youtube?

We just bought the camera, and this is the first time we are trying to put a file out there. When we try to upload it, it just kept waiting for a response. It never started to upload the file. The files is only a few minutes long and 50.7 MB long.

Thanks a lot!

Just remember though...Youtube videos can't be longer than 10 minutes - as they wont be accepted.

MOD? Or MOV? YouTube accepts MOV files, and they are better quality than WMV.

Sometimes, You Tube can be cranky and not start uploading. In that case, try again later.
