Having multiple EZA accounts..?

Is anyone else doing this? I have heard of people "competing against" their own articles and rank for a keyword by having multiple accounts and submitting articles to each account--how many people are actually doing this? The main perk I see here is being able to submit a lot of articles all at once to each account and not having to worry about hitting a submission limit.

There are people who are doing this and this MAY be a waste of time in my view.

I mean, the more articles a person writes, the better. It does not matter if they are using one account or 2.

But once you have a platinum account you have unlimited submissions and since eza
allows you to use a pen name you can have the same article title with different names.
So I don't see the need for multiple accounts

Isn't it against TOS anyway to have more than one account per person?

Once you get to Platinum Level (the highest free membership level), there's no submission limit and even the stuff you submit under pen names gets approved fast right from the start. I asked way back when and got an answer to that question about new pen names. If you're Platinum, every pen name under that account is instantly Platinum as well, without each having to qualify individually. So it's not an issue unless you're Basic or Basic Plus.
