Tube Mogul Question

HI,

Can anyone tell me how to get Tube Mogul to upload to more than 8 video sharing sites?

All the sites under "More Site" have a padlock symbol and entering my passwords for those sites doesn't seem to work.

    The ones with the locks require an application with Tubemogul to prove yourself worthy.
