Has anyone compared giveaway scripts?

Best script - UJV by Scott Case. It has the best feature set and cleanest look and feel. Scott is a very talented coder and has done some amazing things with the script. It continues to amaze me with each version he releases.

Second Best - Simple Giveaway Pro by me. I created SGP as a mid way point between the other two. Not as strong as UJV but with many of the same features. I sold the script before I really had a chance to do real serious load testing on it so there is the possibility of the odd bug here and there. The new owner David Allen is committed to the product and if any bugs are found I'm sure he will be knocking on my skype door so I can fix them.

Third Best - Giveaway Manager 2 by Brad Smith. Not as many features as the other two but has been on the maket longer. The original script used the same code base that SGP was built off of but I haven't had the opportunity to use GM2 so not sure how much has changed code wise. It does have some unique features, but I honestly haven't seen many people use some of them.

Although Simple Member Pro does have the ability to run a giveaway it has only the very basic features. It just doesn't stand up to the options of the dedicated giveaway scripts on the market. Thats why I created Simple Giveaway Pro and designed it as a standalone giveaway platform.
