Free WP exit window

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a newly designed WordPress exitwindow plugin that's very simple to use, with 5 revolving redirects to any web page, affiliate offer or squeeze page.
Since I'm new to the forum I can't yet post a link--
any suggestions on how I can go about utilizing it as a list building giveaway in the mean time?

Set up an optin page: brief explanation - get this plugin free just type in your name and email in the form
The "form" should be from your autoresponder service (aweber, getresponse etc.)

On the confirmation page give them a download link.

That's should be it.
