Here's a quick video I made to share with you how to outsource.

Specifically, I teach you how to find good article writers to outsource article marketing.

Basically, here are the basic tips covered in the video:

* Step 1: Sign up for an account in outsourcing website
such as Rentacoder, Odesk, or Craigslist Phillipines.

* Step 2: Post a SMALL PROJECT.

* Step 3: Hire MULTIPLE people (from 3 to 5 different people)
at the same time.

* Step 4: Based on the results of the small project, hire the
BEST person for the LONG TERM project.

  • I like the office man....very professional and modern looking. Although the echo it creates can be a problem if you plan to do your videos in that setting a lot.

    I like your videos as well...you got a very natural presentation style(don't know how many takes that video took).

    Good tips on outsourcing...that's really all there is too it.

    The key to it is using your steps until you find the right person.

    That's the only difference.

    It also can help to make videos that teach them exactly what they have to do.

    It can be a pain in the butt teaching people the same thing over and over again.

    Good tips overall though.

    i did make few takes before of course...when i create videos, usually in the beginning i always make couple mistakes...i should compile those outakes and post it on my youtube once just for fun...

    but yeah...i also created another video regarding TRAINING outsourcing...

    i did also create a video regarding creating camtasia style VIDEOS & TEXTS to speed up training...i think this can be helpful for those of you trying to SPEED up your outsourcing (in terms of training your freelancers)...
