'*' Anyone NOT receive their CLICKBANK Cheque?

Hey guys,

I have a serious question.

I haven't received my cheque from Clickbank yet... and it's over 2.5 months late. They say it takes 2-3 weeks to send to Thailand.

My question is...

For those who have received cheques, did they cross out "Or Bearer" or mark a line on the back therefore NO ONE else but the addressed payee name can deposit it?

I had to have $20.00 deducted for them to cancel my missing cheque.

Given that they don't send tracking details, I am worried this may happen again, and I'm getting poor support from their customer service.

Please do advise, thank you.

    hi friend..see if its your first check then wait for it dont send any reissue request..this is what happed in my case i waited for thier checks but first three cheqes i never recieved then after a long waiting period i sent them request to reissue but this time i requested to send all cheque amout through direct deposit option...finally they have transfered my money through direct account deposit which i got within 3 days of trasfer..so my advice is if its your third check then send request for direct deposit..they will surely sent you money. otherwise dont waste your hard earn money as stop payment fee.

      Thank you for your response.

      So you had to reissue payment 3 times?

      What if I NEVER get it?

      Yes, it'll be my first cheque, although I'm not a new time IMer (just never really went CB's) direction.

      Since my first is missing, and they've already reissued my 2nd, which I will wait 2 more weeks, you'd advise me to just continue waiting?

      I find this a very flawed approach on their end as they say they CAN'T do bank deposits.

      Any further input would be greatly appreciated!

        hi Andrew,
        first you need to check whether they offer direct deposit facility in your country and second thing i have advice you for waiting cause every time you send reissue request they will eat up your money without doing anything new..and you will be again in waiting process i waited almost 7 to 8 months and in frustration i have wrote them back that i dont want to carry on with cb so cancel my account and send my money through fedx i am ready to pay fedx charges but they replied they want to deduct money for closing account as well...ridicules .. i left the hope to recieve my money from them...then after i left the issue at its..after 1 or 2 months i sent them one more to send my money through direct deposit option then they have consider my request and they cancelled all previous cheques and sent me one bulk payment through direct deposit..this is how i got my first payout from cb...

        I think i will be stick with my previous decision you should wait but not like me ...wait for next cheque and keep sending reminders that you havent recieved money and put some pressure with your mails ...that worked for me..hope can help you a bit

    I had the same problem last year. I had to cancel the checks and have them send it via direct deposit to a friend of my who is also a warrior.

    Try payoneer card next time.

    Don't worry they will surely sent the payment cheque. Check your payment threshold is not less than $100, if you have chosen below $100, you cannot get the payment. If your actual earning is $100 or more than $100, you can expect your payment cheque with in 8 days.

    I have chosen my payment threshold $100, my actual earning was $120.81, I have got my payment cheque with in 8 days of the submission from clickbank.

    There's a time period that you have to go through first. If you haven't made any commissions in a while and fall outside that time period, you have to wait like 2 months before they issue it out again, but if you're making commissions regularly, you'll get the check.

    there's more to it than that, so you'll have to ask them about it, they're quite nice when it comes to answering your questions and promptly too.

    btw, does it say that the check was sent? or does it say pending or threshold or something or another?

      It can be a bit confusing exactly when you're supposed to get paid, but what I seem to be seeing is this:

      My pay threshold is $100, so they won't pay me until I reach it.

      CB says you get paid every 2 weeks, but that's only if you make a sale before the previous pay period.

      So say I make a sale on Jan. 18. (this is after one of the pay periods)
      I expect to get paid on Feb. 1, but I don't. I get paid Feb. 16.
      That's assuming whoever bought the product doesn't ask for a refund.

      I'm in Canada - and it takes about 10 days for the cheque to arrive based on the date on the cheque. Even when it states in my account that the cheque has been sent, it really hasn't because the date on the cheque is at least a week later.

      As someone said, you have to wait until you reach your payment threshold, and then a month between when you make the actual sale and when you get paid for it.

      In your case, it's likely 2 months is about right for your first payment anyway. They do like to hold payments to make sure there are no refunds made on what you earned. Once you start making regular money, they will not hold your money for so long because they predict that your future sales will cover any commissions you already received for returned products.
