Blogs on domains

Hi Guys,

I hope this is not too basic. I understand you can have a blog on a domain as well as a static html site on the same domain.

This seems to be 2 for the price of one domain.

Is there any disadvantage in terms of the search engines to do this?

No. You can have lots of blogs all on the same domain and it's fine.

It's all just pages - a domain is just where you point your browser, you can have 100 blogs there or 10000 static pages - or both.

The more new content on your domain the better so the more blogs the better. Just keep adding fresh content to it while pointing quality sites to it and you should see results quickly.
