Follow up to the 30 day challenge

A bit of background about myself: I currently make about $700 a month from IM and I'm a programmer and social media expert, so not exactly a newbie. However I'm not a $1000 a day type of guy either, and I'd love to reach that one day. For what is worth, my $700 a month are effortless. I didn't set out to make money. I simply make them through my main two blogs, which are not even niches, just generic, personal blogs. I realize $700 a month is nothing to most of you, but it's impressive that they are made without the mindset of generating income.

Now I'd like to combine my programming and social media experience and "nack" for affiliate marketing, to bring my game to the next level. And I'm looking for no bull****, education that can help me achieve that. I'm particularly inexperienced when it comes to CPA, PPV, PLR and info products, as I have not explored these yet. I'm pretty good at Amazon stuff, and I'd like to increase this source of revenue as well.

I already followed the whole 30 day challenge. If we exclude some of their ridiculous pitches, it's very good material, but I found it to be very basic. I knew 90% of that stuff and I haven't research the topic with any particular depth. I thought I was a complete newbie, but it turns out I'm more classified in the "intermediate" group, so to speak.

What would be a good follow up to increase, relatively fast, my daily income? I'm looking for a no-bull****, thorough course with a step by step approach that can be considered as a follow up to the 30 day challenge. It can be a WSO or something else. I don't mind paying (as long as it isn't a rebill $97 a month rip off).

Thank you for your feedback.

$700 a month is impressive to a LOT of Warriors. So, congrats!

Maybe you'd get more responses if you were more specific.

You mentioned that you're making money from personal blogs. Do you want to expand on that or do something different? Do you want to make money as an affiliate or by marketing your own products or services? What niche(s) do you want to specialize in?

There are so many directions you can go and it's hard to offer advice to such a general question.

      So...details please?

        Thank you, Nightengale.

My personal blogs are not really suited to make large amounts of money and I don't want to appear "too commercial" with them. they are PR5 and PR6, but I'd like to focus on a multitude of highly monetizable e-properties.

Do you want to make money as an affiliate or by marketing your own products or services?
I'd like to diversify my portfolio. Ideally, all of the above. Perhaps specializig in affiliate marketing. But I'd say let's throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks.

What niche(s) do you want to specialize in?
A variety. I want to have a multitude of profitable niches so as to generate a stable income, regardless of seasonal factors.

        So...details please?
        Above. Thank you Michelle.

          Permaguru,

There are a lot of good products on the market, and in the WSO section.
As to which path you should take, however, that's entirely up to you (and possibly why you haven't been overwhelmed with responses to this question). Since you state you have a "knack" for affiliate marketing and social marketing experience, I would say the obvious choice is, well, obvious
If you just spend some time researching this forum, not only will you get a feel for which products would be appropriate for you, you may learn so much that you don't need to pay for information.

I've watched the videos of the 30-day challenge and do have a question... isn't Market Samauri pretty much the same thing as Google Adword's keyword tool? I tried out Samauri during the free-trial but then soon after I found out about Adwords' keyword tool and it seemed very similar to me.

I'd love to make $700 online extra, right now my main income online is from get-paid-to sites but I am looking into affiliate marketing soon. It seems like a goldmine if you know what you're doing!

            Again, $700/month is impressive. Congrats!

But as to the rest of your post...Sigh...

This is a mistake that a lot of people make.

First of all, to be successful, you need to FOCUS. You might be interested in many different fields, but you need to focus on one or two specific areas to be successful. If you're chasing two or more rabbits, you catch none. Focus on one or two specific niches (if more than one, it would be ideal if they're related) and then branch out once you've been successful with them.

            Second...

Affiliate marketing is a marketing method. It is NOT a niche or business type. (I see this mistake made a lot of the Warrior Forum and I'm not sure how much of ii is just bad English/grammar and how much is a lack of understanding of IM.) A market niche is dating/relationships, investing, jewelry, etc.

If you want to market products or services as an affiliate, great! But you still have to choose what you're going to sell.

So again, what is it that you want to sell?

Hmmmm, You do realize with just the techniques in the 30 Day Challenge you could make thousands per month? You could be creating those blogs, following their promotion tactics, and making blogs which can be flipped for good money. (They actually taught that technique.)

If you were working hard, how fast could you create a blog following their process, and start making a few dollars from it? 1 week? 2 weeks?

Take what you have learned, check out a few posts by Bryan Kumar, Steven Wagenheim, Jeremy Kelsall, Kenster, Zeuss66, and then choose someone whose style and method of teaching you like. That group are all very strong teachers. That is a very small sampling of the good people here.

You can take what you have learned, build upon it quickly, and be doing great.

You are right, Michelle and KansasDragon. I need to focus on my affiliate efforts.

That is very clear to me. And so is the difference between niche and micro-niche. I apologize for my English (I was born and raised in Israel). Thank G-d, I pay an editor who does a fantastic job at correcting my sites' writings.

                Permaguru,

I'm sorry if it seemed like I was insulting your English. Actually, your English is quite good. I really didn't think you weren't a native English speaker.

But in my experience here on the WF, when people phrase it like you did, it's often the result of either poor grammar or a lack of understanding of IM. My apologies if I insulted you.
