How to shoot videos with dual screens like this?

Hey guys,
Im interested in shooting some instructional videos for a few of my sites and Id like to present them with onscreen demonstrations with my face in the upper corner like this one below.

How is this done???

I would use camtasia or Screenflow for Mac users.

It's done in an editing software like Sony Vegas -
the video in the corner is layered on top of the
background video at full opacity.

Im familiar with Camtasia and Camstudio, but I have no idea how to shoot the "two" videos together???
