Any advice on what to look for when choosing recurring payment items on clickbank?

What parameters / criteria do you use?

    Some quick criteria are the following:

    (Not in order of importance, Just the first thing that comes to mind)

    1. What is the Gravity of the Product.

    2. What is the History of Sales for the Product.

    3. What is the Method of promotion, Your thinking about doing to promote the product.

    4. How much competition is around the product.

    Those are the ones just of the top of my head, I could probably come up with more, just can't think right now. Mainly focus on how well the page converts, so you know that the traffic you send will turn into buyers. Hope that helps.

      The Marketplace stats contain 2 fields that are pertinent
      to recurring billing

      * Future $ is what you could expect to earn after the
      initial sale, i.e it is the total of future rebills. So
      it's a measure of how often customers continue their
      subscriptions.

      * Total $/sale is what you could expect to earn in total
      over the life of a successful sale


      Both figures are averages based on sales of the product
      so far therefore they won't be of much use for new
      products.

      In order to find recurring billing products at the
      ClickBank Marketplace, select the Category/Sub-Category
      of the product you want and use the Narrow Results by
      Billing Type option.

      Alternatively use Find Products at the top of the page
      with Advanced Search and choose the Billing Type as
      Recurring.

    What you should be looking for is the amount of future $ and the gravity.
    By the gravity you will know if there is a lot of competition or not. You want to have alot of competition on a recurring product because if the gravity is low on a recurring payment product, it will probably not sell well enough for other affiliates to promote.

    Look for Gravity of minimum or around 100
    Cheap products sell easier and will earn you more in multiple small sales.
