What Is Better? Gradually release a site or 1 big release?

I am developing an online store using wordpress.
When finished it is expected to have around 250 pages (not including articles)
Would it be better in search engine eyes to gradually release posts/pages of my store or create the store in draft mode, release it all when complete and then gradually add in articles.
Or would it not make any difference
