Is There Any Service Called "Keyword Research"? How Much Would You Pay For Such Service?

I don't know if there is any service known as "Keyword Research" just like I know that there is "Article Writing" service.

My question is based on the fact that I discovered that many newbies here don't know how to do keyword research. So, I want to know if there are warriors that provide such service.

I also want to know how much someone could pay for such service. That is, how much is a fair price?

Yes, there are people who provide keyword research (I am one). However, services and prices vary.

I have just started offering keyword research here on the forum and have definitely noticed this market getting more saturated. Just two weeks ago there was only a few people in the "For Hire" section offering this service, but now there is probably at least 10 people.

Prices range from around $7 for basic reports to $40 for more in-depth niche analysis.

I used to offer this type of service, and I charged $30 for 40-60 keywords and a domain name with high search/low competition. (I didn't purchase the domain, just found an available one that met the criteria.)

I frequently receive orders for articles where a Warrior will lock down that he needs ten articles by this date, and will get me his keywords as soon as his KW researcher provides them.

So yeah, people do this work, and people pay for it.

How much is a fair price for an article?

A 500 word article costs $2 from some authors; $5 from others; $10 from others. I personally charge $50. Bev Clement has gotten in excess of $1 a word for articles, although I'm pretty sure they weren't 500 words.

It depends on your quality and your clientele. So long as your clients can afford the price, and your work is worth it to them (I usually ask myself "can my client make five times this amount from my work?"), the price is probably good.
