Wordpress Plugins -Recommendations need!

I recently joined this site and I purchased a blog. I want add plugins to do the following: pull in videos from youtube or some other source, secure the wordpress blog, set it up for seo, need a plugin to make banner and adsense text ads, CPA easier to do add to the blog. I am newbie at all this. I am looking for recommented plugins to make all this easier. What plugins should I buy to install?
