What do you do with your Incansoft bots?

Hi,

As a perfect example of someone getting carried away before they know what they are doing - I went a little bit overboard during one of Big Mike's sales (hey it happens right )

So sitting on my desktop looking pretty is articlebot, RSSbot, directorybot, videobot and socialbot.

Now can someone tell me what I should be doing with them?

I have a few sites, some static html and a couple of blogs that I try to update fairly regularly but I'm not sure how often I should be using the bots - particularly articlebot and socialbot.

Please can you share how you incorporate the bots into your daily/weekly/monthly routine for your sites?

    Hi Manda,

    Ha! I did the same thing during his one of his big sales. I use his software "Content Mania" everyday to analyze my keyword densities, it's amazing!

    As far as the others, I go through about a week each month when I go crazy with social bot. I will bookmark about 3 sites per day, that's all you want to do so you don't get kicked out for SPAMing.

    I still haven't set up all of my accounts through Article Bot. But, I have used it a few times and I loved it. I need to start using it daily, as I write literally all day long.

    I guess I would say that they are awesome little pieces of software and we really should be using them AT LEAST once a week. That's assuming that you are constantly writing and publishing content. Just my two cents.

    I use them everyday. It depends on how you market though. Are you having articles written every day? Are you posting new information everyday? These are all things to be using ArticleBot and SocialBot for. They are great for getting lots of backlinks.

    I use RssBot, ArticleBot, SocialBot, and VideoBot nearly everyday. DirectoryBot only when I have a new site. I haven't even broken into the blog one yet, but I'm going to.

    I too own almost all of their products. However, I don't think I have the SocialBot so I obviously don't use that

    The ArticleBot you can use as much as like to submit articles to all of the directories.
    New articles. Don't submit the same article to the same directory over and over.

    I use Content Mania to rewrite my articles then use ArticleBot to send out the "new" article.

    Also, I use the GFX Writer (converts the articles into slide videos) and then use VideoBot to submit my newly created video to the video directories.

      How good is Content Mania? I usually just rewrite my articles myself and use spin syntax in ArticleBot.

      Also, how would you rate GFX Writer? I've been considering getting it because I do so many videos these days.

        Content Mania is awesome IMHO. It shows you the contextual relevance and syntactical resemblance between the old article and what you have re-written.

        However, I use it when i write almost anything because it keeps a running word count and keyword density. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you write a lot, but especially if you work with a lot of PLR.

        Hey noah just gave the reasons for Content Mania.

        The GFX Writer has plenty of options for sounds (music) and backgrounds that come with it.

        You can import your own backgrounds.

        You take an article that you already wrote and do a simple import onto your background, add the sound and it's done.

        You have plenty of options to change the fonts, colors, and sizes on the fonts too.

    Thanks everyone for your ideas.

    Travis - you mention using RSSbot almost everyday - am I correct in thinking you only submit the RSS of your site once? What other RSS feeds do you submit - author feeds from article directories?

    I also have Content Mania, GFX Video Writer and GFX Writer (hey I said I got carried away) but have hardly used them. However the responses here are motivating me to get cracking.

      You can make an RSS feed out of lots of Web 2.0 sites, autoblogs, article directories, etc. I take all my URLs for those backlinking efforts and I make them into 1 big or a couple smaller RSS feeds. Then I submit that to RssBot.

      You can turn sites into RSS using feedity.com.
