Survey Software for Wordpress ??

Does anyone know of free or low cost survey software for wordpress, or at least can be tied into wordpress.

I am going to give a small incentive for people filling out the survey (Music downloads)

It needs to not require an email address etc to complete the survey upon completion It should be able to direct people to a page to get a download.

Any suggestions?

      Istvan,

      Yes I have seen this and the other plugins on the wordpress site, and they seem to be more for taking polls than for a survey that will allow open ended answers. And it does not support a redirect at the end, the author says it is possible that it will be an addition in the future.

    What about Articulate? It creates Flash-based quizzes, & surveys.

    I've been more than thrilled with DWsurvey - A PHP web-based survey and analysis tool from Dominion Web with one caveat. While the product is fantastic, their support sucks moose eggs. I don't seem to be able to get a response from them.

    But, like I said, the program is fantastic. For one thing, you can build logical surveys with different "next" questions for different responses. Really allows you to get some in depth information.
