Off-the-shelf Elance / Guru site needed...

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone knows of an off-the-shelf Elance type site available, in the same way that Membergate is a ready made membership site or VBulletin offers a ready made forum site.
I have an idea for a small Elance style site that allows users to bid on projects.
Just thought I'd ask before actually going to Elance to find someone to build one for me!

elance isn't an auction site. There at least WAS one that sold for a meager price. I wish I could remember the name. They even have their OWN site, and a plugin so YOUR site can use some of THEIR content. There are apparently free versions also.
