Here Is A Quick, Easy, And Free Business That You Can Start Right Now

This should help a few new people get started and get your feet wet.

If you have bought anything within the last year, sooner the better, then look online for that product's site and see if you can be an affiliate.

You can also go to Amazon and sign up for free and look through their products to see if you own anything they sell.

Now this should be something that you are happy with because you are going to write a review on the product and we hope, sell some.

Let's say that you have the Toastmaster Toaster 15A and you find that at Amazon.

1.Sign up to be an affiliate.

2.Go to Blogger and sign up for a free blog. (The Wordpress free version will not allow you to use it for commercial purposes)

3.Write a review of the Toasmaster Toaster. Grab a few pics from Amazon.

5.Look up a recipe or a cool sandwich idea using toast.

6.If you have a digital camera, a Flipphone, or can borrow a friends camera that you could use to make a 5 minute video then do it.

7.Make a short 4 or 5 minute video showing the toaster in action while you narrate what you like about it and why you decided to get this over anything else you considered buying.(Don't worry, you don't have to appear on camera, keep the camera on the toaster or you making a sandwich)

8.Go find some free PLR sandwich recipes.(Something related to your product)

9.Upload the video to YouTube. Title your video "Toastmaster Toaster 15A". Have your link back to your blog and in the description let them know about a free gift at your blog. Put the product name in your tags too.

10.Make your blog post to include the product as the title "The Toastmaster Toaster 15A Review and Free Recipes"

11.Start your post with the written review and include the best picture. Half way down the written review place your video.

12.Use a written statement that you are an affiliate for the product. Let them know that if they buy through your link they will receive a bonus gift from you. (The PLR). Tell them In the video too. Explain that if they buy the toaster through your affiliate link you will give them a bonus gift(The PLR).

You need to have the information about the bonus in the video in the event they reached your video without seeing your blog.

Now start writing articles about your toaster, toast recipes, things they didn't know about toast...

In your resource box for the articles you want to tell them that you have a cool free video and free recipes at your blog.

Now replace the toaster with your product.

Make sure you do the other things in the list. The video, the bonus gift...don't get lazy on this and you will be happy with the results.

You will also be learning the ropes and getting familiar with the elements involved with an online business.

After you submit your first couple of articles come back to the forum and read about backlinks, other forms of traffic, bookmarking and RSS.

I wouldn't put any Adsense on the site right now and keep as many of those Blogger "Gadgets" out of the sidebar. Unless you want to include the Amazon Widget on toasters (Your product category).

You need a Privacy Statement, an About Page, and you should have a Contact Page on your blog.

p.s. Please don't do this about a product that you don't own or are not being truthful about. This is NOT how you want to start out and it's just so easy to do things the right way if you stop and think about it.

This is very nice blueprint - I have a site already in the home appliance realm that's been languishing (from lack of marketing) and I was looking for some methods to promote.

Now where to find PLR on . . . . (woops, almost gave it up.)

      Matt,

      What a great post.

As someone who sells physical products online I can tell you that people spend a lot of money shopping online for everyday items.

If John hadn't decided to steal this before I had the chance...

Seriously, I need to add some of these tactics to my own site.

Cool! Thanks for my next WSO, Matt.

    Stolen idea: CHECK!
Slightly rewritten to pretend we just had the same idea simultaneously: CHECK!
Refunded a WSO to pay for my own WSO fee: CHECK!

Nice one, man! This is such a simple plan, but it really is the basis for building a nice online business. People make this stuff so much harder than it needs to be.

    Thanks for keepin' it real.

Yeah you know that we have our discussions about the nuances and complexities of marketing but really, all it takes is a product and some customers.

That's a great, workable plan that anyone could put into practice almost immediately.

The only thing I'd add is to include a way on your site to capture the email address of the people who buy through your link so you can send them their bonus - this is an easy way to build a buyers list with a legitimate reason for the customer to sign up.

Of course, if you get the odd person claiming to have bought when they didn't - well, no biggie. Just send out the bonus anyway and you'll still have them on your list

You can do this with a software program you bought too. It doesn't have to be a physical product.

Do a Camtasia, or Jing style review on your desktop or browser.

    Add the bonuses.

    Nice technique, thanks for sharing.

Also reminded me of the old Rodney joke...

"My wife is a lousy cook. How can toast have bones?"
