Looking for a VA where to hire and what to look for?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey everyone.

I am looking for a virtual assistant to use an article submission peice of software and to submit pdf's to a trading website however I am not sure where to look.

I have looked on here but most seem full or have the wrong skills. I also looked on oDesk but they have no specific search for VA's and what I got was nonsense.

Any ideas?

I am looking to spend no more than $10 per hour.

I don't have a high enough post count to post links, but google 'onlinejobs ph' and its the first one.

You'll find good workers there for much less than $10 an hour.

  I hire my article VA's from odesk for $2 to $3 an hour and got really good quality results so far.
  I wrote a guide on how to find and hrie the good quality VA's and what criteria to look for on my personal blog, but wordpress seems to be acting up at the moment, therefore I can't show you the link

Odesk enforces for all hourly workers to use time tracking software, whcih takes their screenshots as they work, so that there will be minimum amount of disputes and hours padding/cheating.
