Looking for Mentor / Tutor

Looking for a mentor or tutor that can help me make at least $100 a day but I would pay around $500-$1000 after I had made it from the tutoring because I just can't afford it at all right now. Hope there will be someone willing to do this. If not, it's perfectly fine.

PM me or post here.

Thanks!

    Imagine this.

There is a knock on your door, and a mystery person in a black cloak says "Could you give me a cup of sugar? I'll pay you for it next week."

No introduction. Completely anonymous, like his name was just a number.

Would you even open the door in the first place?

Someone looks like the Grim Reaper, and you are going to answer the door?

    I see what you mean...:/

I'm really struggling, wasting more and more money.

I've bought numerous ebooks and tried to implement things but I don't get any results.

Im no Internet Marketing Rockstar... yet anyway but listen to this...

STOP BUYING EBOOKS!!!! You simply have to, otherwise you will undergo serious Info Overload.... I say unsubscribe from a lot of your gurus lists, if you are. It will be hard but it will give you time to look at what you already have.

Great advice... I would say =)

Well I have tried Affiliate marketing, trying to sell PLR products, article marketing.. Made the websites, got about 30 PR6-8 backlinks and stuff on them etc and don't seem to be getting traffic. How long do backlinks take to appear?

My ideal goal would be $100 but that's probably a bit optimistic..

HTML/CSS websites. The PLR Product that Had MRR was about Twitter Marketing and using Twitter to get top of SEO rankings..

I was thinking of creating a new website with adsense, but the more things don't work out, the more I want to give up. I have restrained myself so far though because I know what is possible in the world of IM.

How many backlinks would I ideally need?

I think the issue is the niche you have chosen is going to be a bit competitive.

What keyword (s) are you trying to rank for? Twitter? marketing? What is the anchor text you are using to link to your sites?

To figure out how many backlinks you might need, you need to search your kw on google, and look at the first 10 results. Check the backlinks to those sites.

I have a feeling you are not going to like what you see.

You can drive traffic via other means to the site even if you are not ranking and make some sales - but it's going to require a bit of work.

Social bookmarking, article marketing, forum marketing - just to name a few.

Do you have a twitter following? Are you offering a freebie to get some subscribers?

I'm not saying you can't make money with what you have chosen, but I think if you are looking to see some quicker result (in the next month or so) you might want to get out of MMO and go for something easier to sell that you can rank a site for quicker.

The anchor text was "Twitter Marketing" and that's the keywords I'm ranking for...I think

How do i check how many backlinks a site has got?

And how long do backlinks take to 'activate'

40,500 monthly search global for the term Twitter marketing

Results 1 - 10 of about 214,000,000 for twitter marketing.

Results 1 - 10 of about 541,000 for "twitter marketing"

Do you know what page in these results your site shows up?

What other keywords are you targeting?

I'd bust this down a bit more and go for a long tail keyword if I expected to have a shot.

Do a search for free backlink checker on google to see a list of some

An easy one is backlinkwatch.com - but it gets a little finiky sometimes.

You need to check sites with and without the "www" in the link.

In my opinion, I would stop trying to buy the ebooks in efforts that they will magically give you something for instance $$$ overnight. You know what I do? I improvise and make new ways. I've failed and I continue to fail as of right now...but I love failing. Yes, I said that, I love failing. The reason I love failing is it gives me more times to try and try again because this is something that I love to do...Make websites, meet new people, connect, help others, market products, etc. If you don't like what you are doing, What's the point in it? Making money on the Internet, IMO, has 2 hard successful steps.

The steps that I go with are hard work and persistence. I haven't seen ANY programs where there is no actual hard work involved. An example of what I would do if I was you mate is IMPROVISE. Look at your ebooks, look at your programs you bought, etc...Buy more programs off the warrior forum's special offers and then think to yourself how you could use those to make something better or how you could come up with something completely different that is relevant.

IF AT ALL, The least this will do is provide you with a beginning, a starting point into the world of the Internet. I have been through a lot of stuff...scams, gpt sites, surveys, site build it affiliation, fortune high tech marketing offers, etc. In all of that time, I have made probably only $80 online. It's hard! It's not going to be easy. Suck it up and get thinking!

I would try PPC but I don't like it coming straight from my bank account if I don't make any return...

And it doesn't help that I have no imagination, I can't think of niches or 'micro' niches and most of them are already covered greatly.

There are so many routes to go...but what worked for me is building small niche websites and monetizing them with adsense. I am right at about the $100 a day mark right now with my adsense sites.

My philosophy is that it is a whole heck of a lot easier to get someone to click on an adsense ad, then it is to get someone to bust out their wallet and pay for something.

I was ready to quit about a year ago as well, but adsense works great and I think maybe you should give it a shot. I wish I had time to coach, but I am too busy building adsense websites!

Everybody has an imagination mate, God gave it to us in his own image. Just try to utilize it! Think about what will separate you from the rest of the people on here as in thinking of new products, new strategies, etc.

    Become a niche yourself.

Thinking back to your ebooks and stuff...CHANGE IT UP.

660r do you have an email list? you should concentrate to build your list
and have a backend offer for your niche along the way so that you will
make some money. I always use that method to build my list and pick up
    some cash along the way.

And please don't concentrate on SEO, it was my mistake too.
Generally it takes months to get your site rank top 10 in search
engines. I mean can you wait for months for the search
    engines to give you traffic?

To me I couldn't so I need to build a list and learn different
to drive traffic to my squeeze page and get an one time
offer up so that I will at least make
    $50 a day (sometimes $100).

I would stay away from PPC marketing personaly, at least get a good grounding in SEO/backling and link wheel strategies before shelling out money on PPC.

For one, even if you manage to get people to your squeeze page, are you confident it will convert well?

Theres a hell of a lot of stuff to learn yet before going down that road.
