Amazon Rocks!

I know there have been a lot of Amazon threads lately but I had to add the following: Amazon converts soooo much better than anything else I have done before. I have made really good money with Clickbank and others but only after driving loads of traffic to the sites.

Amazon is converting at close to 5%. Perhaps that does not blow anyone away but I think it is awesome. With some scaling ... there is real potential. I am just leaving this one site on auto pilot and enjoying. Thanks Daniel Brock.

  • I have not done amazon except a short dabble with it a few yrs ago and that's it. Do you post amazon banners for related items on your sites/blogs? I'm really not familiar with Amazon much, I need to learn about how to use it the right way.

    • No problem Definitely one of the major advantages over clickbank.

No need to worry about whether the vendor can close the sale or not. Amazon is just so powerful that it is all done. No matter how bad you pre-sell it, it's still going to convert higher than 99%(estimated for effect) of the digital goods out there.

    • I use text links only. I tried the carousel widget but did not get good results.
  • Hmm I tried one of those widget things that shows relevant products. I completely forgot about amazon.

    • I never really bothered with it either b/c of the low % commissions but the sell is so easy that it can really add up.
