Staying Focused

Organization! Every night, write down what you want to accomplish the next day. Put the worst stuff on top. When you wake up, finish what you wrote down. Don't stop until at least the worst are done.

This has helped me reach my goals so much quicker. Buckling down might suck at first, but trust me, it pays off.

I don't know if you have every seen Frank Kern's Core Influence, but every sense I did that I have had an unending drive to make my life better.

However, just in case you didn't, this is what I would do.

First I would go to Youtube, and watch some Tony Robbins Videos, just to get the creative juices flowing, then...

I would get out a sheet of paper and write down, what a perfect Average DAY would be like. (The Core Influence Test). Make it as detailed as you can, but do not focus on things, focus on the experience and the feelings you would feel throughout your ideal perfect day.

Once you have done this, then you need to make it real. Surround your workspace and everywhere you hang out, with images, smells, little ideas that remind you have that living that perfect day.

Once you are surrounded by your dreams, then you will also have no end to staying focus. If you find yourself starting to fade, then just take a small break and look around and think about that perfect day.
