Is A Redirected Top Level Domain Trackable?

I have a keyword rich domain name that is redirected to an affiliate program. The domain is hosted on Hostgator, but Awstats doesn't show any traffic details for this domain. I know the domain is getting search engine traffic because I'm getting clicks on the affiliate page. So, how do I track which keywords are sending the visitors so that I build more links with those keywords as anchor text?
