question...for building backlinks on angela backlinks or other packs,
is it better to use anchor text or use your domain name or use both?

BJ-Angela, Paul and Terry's packets typically will give you space for a URL on every site while most give you anchor text spots as well.

No good reason not to use the anchor text spots, those are the most valuable.

Write massive amounts of quality content. I find that all of the cheap ways that anyone
can do don't even come close to a genuine link from a website that wants your link on their
site...
